Supply, fixing & erection of build up cantilever structure 6 m sqm comprising of one vertical posts of 6.00 M height made up of 300 mm NB heavy class MS pipe as vertical member welded with 10 mm plate at top and 12 mm MS plate at bottom. The horizontal truss shall comprise of 50mm dia" heavy class Ms pips and 40mm dia. heavy MS pips as bracing & 10mm MS. Plate at bottom for fixing to vertical post as per structure design & drawing with one of steel primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint. the work includes. Construction of RCC foundation of size 90x90 cm of required depth as per site condition for built up structure including earth work in excavation, 100 mm thick lean concrete in l:4:8 (cement, coarse sand & 40mm guage stone ballast) RCC with and l:2:4 (cement, coarse sand & 20mm grit) including supply and fixing of 20 mm dia foundation bolts 600mm long as per provision of structure design including cost of reinforcement and shuttering. The lateral vertical clearances & complete installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT&H specification section 800 &IRC 67 2010 complete in all respect, the rate shall include cost of design, fabrication, supply, transportation local shifting erection of signage structure using crane, inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&p machine material and labour needed for completion of work as per direction of engineer in charge.
