Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) /Sewage Treatment plant(STP)/ UGD project with STP / combined water supply & sewerage project with STP/ exclusive water supply projects of value not less than Rs 10 Crore
Executed in any one year of the last five years (2018-19 to 2022-23) the following minimum quantities of work (1) Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical / manual means. (2) Cement concrete (Including RCC & PCC) (3) TMT Steel (4) Wet mix macadam ( WMM) / Water bound macadam (WBM) (5) Bituminous Macadam (BM) / Semi-dense Bituminous concrete (SDBC) / Bituminous Concrete (BC) . As per the minimum quantities of work given in the tender document
The Bidder should have Supplied, built, installed, tested and commissioned a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of minimum 2 MLD capacity (either as single STP or multiple STPs works, totalling to 2 MLD capacity). OR Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant (FSTP) of minimum 6 KLD capacity (either as a single FSTP or multiple FSTP works , totalling to 6 KLD capacity).
Any other relevant document as per bid documents
Each Tenderer should further demonstrate availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents ( commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished.
To qualify for award of this contract, in the last five financial years i.e. 2018-19 to 2022-23 each Tenderer in its name should have Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.39 Crore ( in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only) Audited profit and loss account statement/ balance sheets certified by the chartered accountant, (ii) Turnover certificate with UDIN and (iii) IT returns filed for the above indicated 5 years is to be uploaded along with the technical bid
The intending bidder/ firm/ company shall furnish details of liquid assets/ availability of credit facilities of not less than the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period for amount mentioned in bid document for meeting the required funds in the form of unconditional credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks.
