Dismantling of 100KVA 11/0.4kV transformer of L.I.S Unisoo New by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, lowering of transformer from H-frame, dragging of same inside pump house by way of engaging labour, tools tackles, opening of top lid of the transformer, dismantling of internal HT/LT internal connection and lifting of core assembly at site for accessing of damages to transformer at site.

Providing and fitting of MS nuts, bolts and washers of assorted sizes.

Providing and fitting of brass metal part stem part with allied fittings of transformer bushings .

Complete assembling of 11/0.4kV transformer by way of fitting of and gaskets, insulators, etc. Dragging to H-frame, lifting and resting of same on H-frame. Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing.

Enaging of Skilled electrician for one day for checking of HT /LT transformer at site.

Checking/Refitting/tightening/ of loose HT connections over H-frame and HT line by way of engaging lobour for support of electrician.

Dismantling, dragging, shifting, carriage of 50 HP motor from Lift Irrigation Scheme Sahipora to Unisoo new using load carrier by way of engaging manual labour across a lead of approx. 10 kilometre.

Modification to the motor base frame by way of cutting/welding works/providing shims for proper fitting, alignment of 50 HP motor with pump at site including providing, fitting of coupling bolts and testing of same on full load at site
