Supply, erection & Commissioning of secondary cone crusher, against replacement of existing Nordberg make secondary cone crusher for Bolani Ores Mines(OGoM)

• The bidder (sole or consortium) should have carried out design/ engineering, supply, erection/ supervision of erection, commissioning/ supervision of commissioning of at least one number cone crusher with minimum capacity of 500 tph for at least one (1) no. of project in the last 15 years, either under the same or different work orders as on the date of NIT

• In Case the bidder is in a Consortium following is applicable (a) One or more of the consortium members (maximum two consortium members) are permitted can either individually or together, fulfil the criteria of Sl No -1 above. (b) The responsibility of design / engineering, supply, erection /supervision of erection and commissioning/ supervision of commissioning should be taken up in the responsibility matrix by the respective members who fulfil the criteria as per Sl No-1 above. (c) For taking up the remaining jobs of Sl no-1, the respective members should have commensurate volume of work done experience in any project. (d) Leader of consortium should be member having maximum job or share of work in value terms.

• The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2024 should not be less than Rs. 12.00 Crore. (Rupees twelve crores only). In case of consortium bidding, Minimum Turnover requirement for each consortium member = Rs 12 crore × % of scope of work in value terms of total contract value declared in Consortium Agreement (MoA). The bidder (each member of the consortium; in case of consortium bidding) shall submit audited annual financial reports for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2024 in support of the above. Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the preceding financial year as per the Audited annual accounts. For consortium bidding, same applies to all parties. Financial Year means, the accounting year accepted by the prevailing law of respective Country.Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN)

• Bidder should submit self-declaration in the prescribed format (Annexure-7 of ITB of section II of SBD) that No Corporate Insolvency Resolution/ Liquidation Process have commenced against them under National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). For Consortium Bidding the same applies to all members of the consortium. In cases of Consortium, bidding, a self-declaration shall be submitted individually by each member of the Consortium in the prescribed format (Annexure-7 of ITB of section II of SBD) that No Corporate Insolvency Resolution/Liquidation Process have commenced against them under National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
