item no 1 a : Seminar Dome : Providing and erecting temporary type waterproof arch type portal frame steel structure with false ceiling & walls of white cloth neat and clean & having minimum clear width of 85 feet & centre height 32 feet & leangth 105 ftand having seating capacity of 1500 person on fiber chairs, 200 VIP's on two seater sofa sets, including chairs, soffa sets, security 'D' arrangement with barricading as per approved plan, including providing and laying synthetic carpet, electrical arrangement of 70 ceiling fans, 70 tube lights, computerized flex name board of appropriate size at the entrance of hall including separate arrangement of entrance, exit, connected mandap of decorative cloth between stage & seminar hall & fire extinguisher 10 Nos. etc complete. For Facilitation of seating arrangement, preparation of sufficient number of coloured flexes board for fixing inside wall of the dome. (As directed by Director of Extension Education) Size :- 85 ft. x 105 ft.

Item no 1b: Dias/ Stage : Providing decoration to existing pavilion dias, stage 85 ft. x 25 ft. & height of 15 ft. with decorated cloth for walls, ceiling, jute carpet neat & clean with arrangement of 25 seating capacity with best quality VIP chairs, soffa, tepoy-10 Nos. air cooler symphony - 2 Nos., podium-2 Nos. sound system with cordless mike, recording arrangement VIP toilet near stage, back drop of velvet cloth of approved shade, banner or flex board, samai with stand etc complete. Electrical Arrangement in dome, 90 ceiling fans 90 No. tube lights etc. & 10 fire extinguishers, however if needed extra chairs & tables will have to be provided, as per requirement etc complete. Front side of Dome with 15 ft. should be covered by white decorated cloth/zalar Dome includes inside arrangement of exhibition stall size 10 feet x 10 feet 50 nos., the stall should be in extruded alluminium type with laminated panels fasci in vinyl letters, each stall have to be provided three tables with white cloths, three chairs, three spot lights, two plug points, one waste paper basket & 30 steel hooks for hanging exhibits. (stalls to be booked and marketed by the contractor.) Front side of Dome with 15 ft. should be covered by white decorated cloth/zalar. Dome includes inside arrangement of exhibition stall size 10 ft x 10 ft 80 nos., the stall should be in extruded aluminum type with laminated panels fasci in vinyl letters, each stall have to be provided three tables with white cloths, three chairs, three spot lights, two plug points, one waste paper basket & 30 steel hooks for hanging exhibits. Electrical Arrangement in dome, 90 ceiling fans 90 No. tube lights etc. & 10 fire extinguishers, however if needed extra chairs & tables will have to be provided, as per requirement etc. complete. The stalls frame should be made from 40 mm dia m.s. pipe or wooden ballies & ceiling & walls covered by decorated or white cloth, synthetic carpet for flooring, two tables with white cloths, four chairs in each stall. Ceiling height of stall is 12 feet, computerised name board of flex at entrance of stalls, sufficient lighting arrangement including three tube light & two plug points, one dustbin in each stall. (ON GRATIS TO UNIVERSITY)

Iten no 3 a) Front side passage 5 ft. for each stall. Covered with white cloth & fixed in bamboo ballies with green matting floor between two rows of stall (15x150 feet)

Item No.3 b)Providing & erecting decorated cloths mandap for self-help group food & snacks stalls. The stalls frame should be made from 40 mm dia m.s. pipe or wooden ballies & ceiling & walls covered by decorated or white cloth, synthetic carpet for flooring, four tables with white cloths and six chairs in each stall. Ceiling height of stall is 12 feet, computerised name board of flex at the entrance of stalls, sufficient lighting arrangement including three tube light & two plug points, one dustbin in each stall. (ON GRATIS TO THE UNIVERSITY)

The stalls frame should be made from 40 mm dia m.s. pipe or wooden ballies & ceiling & walls covered by decorated or white cloth, synthetic carpet for flooring, two tables with white cloths ,and three chairs, in each stall, ceiling height of stall is 12 feet, computerised name board of flex at the entrance of stalls, suficient lighting arrangement including three tube lights & two plug points, one dustbin in each stall. Iten no 6:Providing & erecting decorated cloth mandap for Registration counter. The stalls frame should be made from 40 mm dia m.s. pipe or wooden ballies & ceiling & walls covered by decorated or white cloth, synthetic carpet for flooring, 15 tables with white cloths ,and 40 chairs, ceiling height of stall is 12 feet, computerized name board of flex at the entrance of stalls, suficient lighting arrangement including six tube lights & two plug points, one dustbin in each stall. Registration counter size: 30ft. x 20 ft. (3 Nos)

The stalls frame should be made from 40 mm dia m.s. pipe or wooden ballies, ceiling & walls covered by decorated or white cloth, synthetic carpet for flooring, five tables with white cloths ,and five chairs, in each stall, ceiling height of stall is 12 feet, computerized name board of flex at the entrance of stalls, sufficient lighting arrangement including six tube lights & two plug points, one dustbin in each stall. one Big TV panel in control room with operator Control Room size : 40 ft. x 40 ft. Iten no 8: : Providing partition wall of Decorative Kanat in front of Exhibition dome for passage. Kanat made from new a decorative cloth of Height 12 feet fitted on wooden balli / bambu etc. a) Kanat

Iten no 9:Providing & erecting decorative entrance gate at the entrance of exhibition & separation of entrance gate for men & women, including flag posts with coloured flags and red colour carpet on pathway of main stage 10 no of halogen Lights on road side. Along with series lighting at appropriate places.

Iten no 10:Providing signage board displaying general signage will have to be fixed at various places for information etc (As directed by Director of Extension Education) Size : 1 ft. x 2 ft.

Iten no 11: Providing hydrogen gas balloon of 25 ft. diameter endorsing logo & name of Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola at the site of Exhibition. All necessary arrangements viz. balloon, hydrogen gas cylinder for filling of the balloon and erection of the balloon in air will have to be arranged by the Mandap contractor. The balloon should be kept in air for four days i.e. 26/12/2023 to 29/12/2023.

Item No. 12 : Providing RO Drinking water arrangement on exhibition ground 400 water cans/spots/day (Total 5 spots) and frequently filled with RO drinking water & glasses, alongwith a two persons for distribution of water at each spots to visitor's on exhibition ground,including drainage arrangement. Also give two water cans/day to each stalls separately.

Item No. 13: Providing parking arrangement for two wheelers and four wheelers with markings, Barricades of wooden ballies height 1 mtr and CCTV camera and guards. Sufficient number of parking separation boards be kept ready (As per the direction of officer in-charge.)

Item No. 14 Providing generator sets for 24 hour power supply with fuel & operator during the work & during the period of exhibition. Set should be proper in working condition noiseless, smokeless. a) Generator set with mobile van 125 KVA

Item No. 15 Providing 500 watt P. A. / sound system with cordless mike, speaker and amplifiers. Recording system at the stage Registration counter control room etc.

Item No. 16 Providing fire fighting arrangements with fire brigade van.Sufficient no. of Fire extinguishers with operator or as per the statutory norms Fire bucket filled with sand as per requirement etc complete.

Item No. 17Providing security services with 30 Security guards (Male & Female) in uniforms with cap, logo, batten, whistle form a reputed security firm in the morning & 30 guards during night hour for 3 days etc. complete.

Item No. 18 Providing house keeping with 20 sweepers with uniform & labours for keeping the campus cleaning, carting of wastage material, sweepers for keeping the toilets neat & clean etc. including sanitary material etc. complete. Cleaning of exhibition site at regular interval will be required during the period of exhibition. Garbage has to be lifted (Approx. 2 trip/day through vehicle) from ground on daily basis.

Item No. 19 Providing visitors counting machine of five counting sets at the entrance No. 1 & 2 at both places and counting the visitors at the end of every day and submission data of total visitors in three days etc.

Item No. 21 Providing first aid facility as well as ambulance.

Item No. 22 Providing services of following types, Interior Decorator, banner makers & any other related service. a) Hostess cum announcer(3 nos) b) Technology boards (6 Nos.) c) Banner makers (backdrops of main Dias all the three days for various event)

Item No. 23 Providing sufficient no. of flowers bouquets for VIP 15 Big Size VVIP flowers bouquets, 20 Medium size flowers bouquets on inaugural function & concluding days etc. and other day 20 no. regular flowers bouquets.

Item No. 29 Publicity (paper advertisements of event in colour in local (at least 5 news papers ) and state level news papers (at least 10 news papers )in size of 5*4 inch and as per govt rates. Big hoarding for Akola city (5 NO.), 5,000 posters (1.5 x 3 ft.), 1000 A4 size coloured letters and information brochures for distribution in Vidarbha and outside Vidarbha) have to be done by mandap contractor. The University will do its own publicity of exhibition for larger participation of farmers. Event manager should supply sufficient number of posters, letters and brochure to the University.
