SIT&C of Wrapping coating: Supply of wrapping PYPCOAT material, installation at site for MS Pipes of all diameter, including under ground pipe lines or underground pipes laid through Hume pipes at Road crossings etc., as per IS-10221. Thickness of wrapping material is 4mm minimum.

SIT&C of NRVs (Swing Check type) should confirm to ANSI B 16.34/IS 5312. NRVs are of cast Iron contruction with SS internals. Pressure rating PN 1.6. Nominal Dia 150mm

SIT&C of Gate valve: Out side screw & yoke type Gate valves. Gate valves should confirm to IS:14846. Gate valves are of cast steel contruction with bronze internals. Pressure rating PN 1.6. Valve shall be flanged end and couter flange of same rating is also included in the scope.

SIT&C of External Yard Hydrants/Landing valves to be installed at periphery of building in main fire water line line. Shall be confirming to IS:5290, Type A. The hydrant valve, branch pipe, nozzles & couplings are of Gun metal.

RCC hume pipe: Providing and layingn on pressure NP3 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the approved drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc.

RCC: Providing and laying design mix reinforced cement concrete of M30 Grade by weigh batching using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size and coarse river sand/ crushed stone sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved Brand and quality, including handling & transportation, scaffolding, mechanical mixing, placing to required location by hoisting and / or pumping & mechanical vibration, consolidation, finishing, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces wherever required etc. complete at all levels in substructure/superstructure, roads, etc as per specifications & also including dewatering, if any, complete all as per drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding formwork, shuttering and steel reinforcement.

PCC: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 river Coarse river sand/ crushed stone sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) at all elevations including consolidation, finishing curing etc. complete all as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of form work shuttering, centering all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Shuttering: Providing, centering ,shuttering Form work using Film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, steel/timber framework, steel proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Structural steel: Providing Structural steel work using angles,plates, channels,joists, tubular and other sections,welded and/or bolted inbuilt up sections for trusses,structural steel floors, frameworks, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position,applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc.complete all as per specifications,drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Reinforcement steel: Providing Reinforcement steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete at all levels. including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting to all elevations, placing and keeping in positions, all leads, fixing, tieing with 1.2 mm dia annealed GI coated binding wire including all labour charges, cost of cover blocks (in same grade of concrete) of various thicknesses and sizes etc. all as per drawings and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply laying installation Testing & commissioning of GI pipe, including all necessary fittings, supports, two coats of primer followed by enamel coating etc.
