3 Times Cutting of Grass & Jungle Clearance alongwith 3 Times Up-Rooting of small Wild Trees / Plants including 1 Times Spraying of Herbicide at 400KV Sub Stations Bareilly during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.06.2019 to 31.05.2020, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer, as per Details below : (1) Clearance & Cutting of Grass including Up-Rooting of Rank Vegetation, Kusha & Kansa, Bush Woods, Shurbs etc. by Scrapping of Grass, Bush, Bush Wood, Shrubs & Plants etc. above 2" over the Ground Level in the Switchyard Area bound between the Pale Fencing at the Sub Station. The Work also includes Collecting all Vegetation Waste of all above Cutting / Cleaning of the Jungle & Foreign Materials like Kankar, Ballast, Pebbles, Waste Papers etc. and Dumping / Disposing of the same Outside the Sub Station Premises, as per Detail below : (a) 1st Cutting between 1st June 2019 to 30th June 2019

(b) 2nd Cutting between 1st October 2019 to 31st October 2019

(c) 3rd Cutting between 1st February 2020 to 29th February 2020

(2) Clearance & Cutting of Grass including Up-Rooting of Rank Vegetation, Kusha & Kansa, Bush Woods, Shurbs etc. by Scrapping of Grass, Bush, Bush Wood, Shrubs & Plants etc. above 2" over the Ground Level in the Area bound between Pale Fencing & Chain Link Fencing / Security Fencing / Wall, 33KV Switchyard Area, Area around Control Room / Committee Room, Store Shed, Open Store Yard, Officers Field Hostel, Officers & Staff Colony, Park etc. at the Sub Station. The Work also includes Collecting all Vegetation Waste of all above Cutting / Cleaning of the Jungle & Foreign Materials like Kankar, Ballast, Pebbles, Waste Papers etc. and Dumping / Disposing of the same Outside the Sub Station Premises, as per Detail below : (a) 1st Cutting between 1st June 2019 to 30th June 2019

(b) 2nd Cutting between 1st October 2019 to 31st October 2019

(c) 3rd Cutting between 1st February 2020 to 29th February 2020

(3) Up-Rooting of small Wild Trees / Plants in Switchyard Area, Area between Pale Fencing & Chain Link Fencing / Security Fencing / Wall, Area around Control Room / Committee Room, Area around Store Shed, Open Store Yard, Colony Area etc. at the Sub Station by Digging and Taking out the Complete Root, then Leveling the Ground, so Excavated and Finally, Disposal of all the Removed Vegetation, Rubbish & Garbage etc. by Throwing it Outside the Periphery of the Sub Station Premises, as per Details below : (a) 1st Up-Rooting between 1st June 2019 to 30th June 2019

(b) 2nd Up-Rooting between 1st October 2019 to 31st October 2019

(c) 3rd Up-Rooting between 1st February 2020 to 29th February 2020

(4) Spraying of ‘Round Up’ / ‘Glycel’ Herbicide Liquid and Ammonium Sulphate Crystal Mixture after diluting it with Water in the Ratio of 1:60 with the help of Manual Operated Spraying Machine on the Grass / Wild Growth / Plants in Switchyard Area between Pale Fencing; Area between Pale Fencing & Chain Link Fencing / Security Fencing / Wall; Area around Control Room, Committee Room, Store Shed, Open Store Yard, Colony etc. at the Sub Station in the Month of September / October 2019, about 15 Days before the 2nd Cutting due in the Month of October 2019.
