SCHEDULE `A' PART-VIII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS (Note for following items- The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F MCB, SPN 240 volts, 40 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F MCB, single pole 240 volts capacity 5 Amps to 32 Amps current rating, 10KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LED batten tube light fitting, T8 LED Retro lamp 20Watts, single side connection 230 volts surface and wall mounted LED type complete with all accessories internally pre wired and including connection up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductior cable of size 1.5 sqmm all as specified.

S&F LED batten tube light fitting T8 LED Retro lamp 20Watts, single side connection 230 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25W LED pressure die cast aluminium IP-65 protection road way luminaire with high power LED fix on bracket complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5 star rated ceiling fan 1200mm sweep and connecting up to and including provision of 23/0.0076 (or equivalent size in mm) flexible three core PVC insulated copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan etc complete all as specified

S&F Exhaust fan 300mm sweep 240 V AC metal body fixed as per maufacturers instruction, connecting with and including 2 corex0.5 Sqmm copper coduct PVC insulated and PVC sheathed three core cable complete all as specified

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L Add/Altn to existing GI pipe line by inserting GI tee 80x80x25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick masonary valve pit of internal sizes 1.05 x 1.05 x 0.90m with MS sheet cover 3 mm thick and angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 3 mm with locking arrangement duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in and removing surplus excavated material not exceeding 50 mtrs, all as specified brick work and all inner sides of pit and exposed portion of out side shall be plastered in cement mortor (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

S&F LED street light fitting 70/75 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified

S&F Sintex SMC loop in loop out junction box of size 170x170x105 mm including necessary Clamps, nuts & bolts with washers etc required at site all as specified

S&F Street light bracket made out of 25mm dia medium grade GI pipe of 1.5m length bent to required shape including fixing on building walls with two sets 25 x 4mm size of MS clamps, suitable nuts & bolts all as directed.
