URGENT REPAIR TO BREAKDOWN OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY OF MAIN WATER PUMPING STATION OF MH AND RH KHADKI AND RE ROUTING TO DAMAGED UG CABLE OF SIZE 300 SQMM 3.5 CORE AT WEST SIDE PUMP HOUSE OF MH KHADKI UNDER GE MH AND RH KHADKI 1. M & L for finding the fault in LT cable coming from 11 KV Sub st n Ph-II, MH Khadki to LT Breaker panel of west side pump house with Fault finding machine Vehicle at mid night hours from LT cable of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core and locating/marking the fault of LT cable including necessary earth work complete Note :- Cable joint kit will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of schedule.. 2. Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated screened 138 RM PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 Core, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-l-1988) laid in trenches/ducts/wall / floor / pipes/ poles including cable glands complete including dismantling of Old and Burnt LT UG cable complete all as directed by Engr in - Charge. Make : - Polycab- 138RM 3. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles stays laying of electric cables, pipes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.- 27.125CUM 4. Ditto item no 3 but in hard/dense soil.-6.78CUM 5. Removing excavated material soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing 14.25 Cum where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed-14.25CUM 6. Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in 19.65 Cum layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed-19.65 7. M & L for riddled earth for cushioning to under ground electric cable including spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured & paid.12.99CUM 8. M & L for road cutting for laying GI pipe for protection of cable upto depth 90 cm incl 12 RM including making good the disturbed road and redressing the disturb surfaces of road with filling concrete type D-2 PCC in 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. (For HT/LT cable)-12 RM 9. Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for Under ground cable all as specified and directed.-670 EACH 10. Laying only old unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type I flat size 167 Each 250mm x 150mm x40mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge-167 EACH 11. Supply and laying Gl tubes light grade, galvanized, 40 mm bore in repair, laid in 12 RM trenches or under floor or fixed with poles/walls for protection of electric cable all as directed -12RM 12. Supply only straight through joint kit, heat shrinkable type suitable for LT UG electric cable 1100 volts grade of size 300 sq mm 3.5/4 core cable complete all as directed -02Nos 13. Trial/Testing of system upto satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.
