Satisfactory completed one similar nature of Contract of Value not less than Rs 22.55 Lakhs or Supply of 16 Skilled or unskilled man powers to any Govt Dept in any one of the last three financial year in single work order, ie 2023-24 to 2025-26

To qualify award of this contract Tenderer should Submit the Individual or Firm or Company Registration Certificates issued by The Competent Authority

Karnataka Labour Department Registration Certificate (Valid certificate of Agency Issued by the Competent Authority)

Provident Fund (PF) Registration Certificate (Valid certificate of Agency Issued by the Competent Authority)

ESI Registration Certificate (Valid certificate of Agency Issued by the Competent Authority)

GST Registration Certificate and PAN card

Tenderer in its name should achieved in at least two Financial year a minimum Financial Turnover of Rs. 90.20 Lakhs, in last Three years ie 2023-24 to 2025-26

Tenderer should submit a Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 13.53 Lakhs Credit lines or letters of credit or Certificates from Nationalized Banks for meeting the Fund requirement etc (Certificate must be as per Finance Department Circular No FD CAAM 16 2022 (P 2) Dated 22 08 2022 should be taken after the date of Tender Published date in the prescribed format)
