REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMER AND HT EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION AND CONNECTED WORKS IN NORTHERN AND CENTRAL SECTOR AT MIL STN KOTA

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground cable, pipe lines etc. in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m distance and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L dry river clean Sand filling in trenches around underground cables for earth cushion, complete all as specified and directed. (Depth of sand shall be measured after punning).

Supplying and laying in renewal of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm laid dry and flat adjoining each other over sand cushion in trenches as protection to UG cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old existing ACSR conductor of any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore broken stone or boulders crushed aggregate of size 25 to 40 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface at 4 Pole, 2 Pole strucutres and other E&M Installations complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old u/s existing transformer foundation and M & L for construction of plateform of size 2500 x 2500 x 1200mm with brick construction in cement mortar 1:4 PCC (M-10 nominal mix) in foundation, 100mm thick RCC M-25 grade slab, with & including 8mm MS TMT bars 120mm c/c on bothway, brick masonary steps on one side XPM Jali fixed on angle iron 40x 40x6 mm post upto height of 8 feet above ground level and openable gate with locking arrangment including making provision for entry and exit of HT/LT cables and steps made to access to the top of plateform including plastering to bricks masonary complete including painting with 2 coats of whitewash on plastered surface and painting steel surface with 2 coats of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as diredted.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any hape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint & including dismantling of old unserviceable cross arms of MS channel or angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in renewal of rolled mild steel as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with rivetted /bolted .welded attachment used to cover ducts in HT installations complete all as specified and directed.
