Notes:-
The scope of work includes for :-
(a) Dismantling of exisiting hangar door with required T&P door dimensions - 29.00m wide x 8.50m height ( total 6 leaves, 3 on each side, bi-parting leaf size 5.0 m wide and 8.10 m height) (Weight of each leaf - 1.5 Tons approximate)
(b) Indentification & replacement damaged parts of Bottom wheel, Top roller, Drive assembly with Idler system, beams, tee, angle iron section, rails, guides and steel sheet. Items to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under respective items. | 1.01Sl Item No 1.00 Contd., (c) Re-installation of repaired hangar door with required T&P and greasing all wheels & Railings. 'D' shape Neoprene gasket should be fixed at edge of both leafs meeting at centre meeting point of two door leafs in each enrties and nylon brush should be fixed at the bottom of door leaf for removing small obstacles at bottom track. (d) Testing and commisioning of hangar doors including providing of Heavy duty rubber buffer at parking bay to avoid jerk in door while staging at parking bay. (e) Making good all disturbed masonry / concrete /PQC for fixing rails/ steel surfaces to match the existing surface all as specified and directed. (f) Top and Bottom rails as per existing shall be aligned via thorough check in detail and it should be mainitained at FFL and top of structure .The new rails shall be fixed at the bottom and top grouted or fixed in such a manner that it supports the top shutters and the channel shall embedded with PQC or same as existing Concrete to match. (g) Preapration of new or old steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed (h) Existing top guide track shall be aligned. Damaged top guide angles should be replaced, cleat should be fixed on top guide to prevent door leaf from falling down in case of derailing of door leaf. (i) Provision shall also be made for manual operation of door and braking system including provision of handle for manual declutching near motor. | |||||

(g) Preapration of new or old steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed (h) Existing top guide track shall be aligned. Damaged top guide angles should be replaced, cleat should be fixed on top guide to prevent door leaf from falling down in case of derailing of door leaf. (i) Provision shall also be made for manual operation of door and braking system including provision of handle for manual declutching near motor.

Cutting chasis in wall for and inclusive of taking down of existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any type / description as existing at site and making good to the disturbed surfaces by plastering with 1:3 cement mortar, painting the surface with matching to the colour and finishes after fixing of PVC conduit at item no. 4 and 6 in chasis/ wall complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F in replacement, limit switches for automatic cutoff for all driving leaves complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down existing LT Panel, supply and fix LT Control panel board CPRI Approved made out of 2.0 mm thick MS box ,powder coated, indoor type weather proof with TP MCBs 32 Amps- 1 Nos of suitable rating, emergency stop switch one set for each driving leaf consisting suitable relays, power and auxiliary contactors MK-1 type - 1 No, over load and under voltage protections and single phase preventor etc., with suitable hooters / blinkers and push button switches for forward and reverse movements including suitable bus bars, indication lamps, interlock contactors, warnings lights etc . All control cables from panel to motors and to limit switches of suitable rating shall be fixed with cable trailing / bunching arrangement with suitable cable carriers , festooms etc , as per the designed requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- All control cabling work as required for commissioning of door motor shall deemed to included in quoted rate.
S & F in repairs, test Drive Assembly along with idle assembly system ,housed in fully enamelled weather proof box with suitable electrical totally enclosed fan cooled, Squirrel cage induction motor of type IE3, flame proof, Copper winding, class F insulation with temp limited to class B with and capacity not less than 5 HP, three phase (Motor should be fitted to master leaf) with suitable heavy grade speed reduction gear attachments for movement of main leaf along with subsequent movement of slave leaf - 2 Nos with slave arrangement mechanism including suitable declutching facility for manual operation . The speed of door movement shall be 7 to 8 mtr per minute complete all as specified and as directed.
Greasing and overhauling of Hanger door guiding rail wheel , incl replacement of unsv shaft bearings , replacement of unsv GI wire rope, replacement of broken shaft of door mechanism for smooth movement of the hanger door leaves complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge . NOTE:– (a) Consumable Spare Parts such as Bearing, Wheel shaft, Wheel etc. wherever required shall be included in the QUOTED UNIT RATE. (b) Labour required for replacement of unserviceable Parts shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
S & F of 'V"/ Chain belt drive for Transfer of power to hanger gate lower wheel through motor drive mechanism, complete all as specified and as directed.
