Remuneration for Local Staff

Team Leader Cum Senior Highway Engineer (1 No)

Resident cum Highway Engineer(2No) ( 2 Nos during construction and 1 during maintenance)

Senior Quality Cum Material Expert (3 nos during Construction Period)

Tunnel Engineer (1 nos during Construction Period)

Sub-Professional Staff

Survey Engineer (3 nos during Construction Period)

Quantity Surveyor (2 nos during Construction Period and 1 no during Maintenance Period)

Lab Technician (2nos during Construction Period)

Support Staff (inclusive of per diem allowance)

Office Manager ( 2 Nos during construction and 1 during maintenance)

Accountant Cum Cashier ( 2 Nos during construction and 1 during maintenance)

Steno cum Computer operator ( 2 Nos during construction and 1 during maintenance)

Office Boy ( 2 Nos during construction and 1 during maintenance)

Transportation : The vehicles provided by the Consultants shall include the cost for rental, drivers, operation, maintenance, repairs, insurance, etc. for all complete approx. 3000km/month run

Scorpio or equivalent 4x4 vehicle(not more than 3 years old) (5 nos during Construction Period and 2 nos during Maintenance Period.)

Duty Travel to Site(Fixed Costs): Professional and Sub-Professional Staff. The employer may require the key personnel to visit the Employer's Site Offices/Regional Office/HQ. The quoted amount against remuneration should include travel fare for 20 round trip to Employer's Head Office and 20 round trip to Employer's regional office. (including Hotel Charges,travel costs etc. complete)

Office Rent (Fixed Costs) The rent cost includes electricity and water charges, maintenance, cleaning, repairs, etc.

Minimum 200 sqm area of Office shall be rented for Construction Period & Defect Liability Period(Maintenace Period) ( 2 Nos during construction and 1 during maintenance)

Office Furniture and Equipment (Rental) : The cost shall include rental charges towards all such furniture and equipment as required for proper functioning of office. Office furniture shall include executive tables, chairs, visitor chairs, steel almirahs, computer furniture, conference table etc. Office equipment shall include as a minimum of telephone (2 external & 10 internal lines), photocopier (15ppm, 12000 copies per month with A3 & A4 input) fax machine, PCs(5 No., Intel Core 2 Duo E8300, 19’’ colour TFT, Cache-6MB, RAM-2 GB, HDD-250 GB, DVD Writer, Key board, optical scroll mouse, MS- Windows Vista Business, pre-loaded anti-virus etc.), laser printers (2 no., 14 ppm, 266 MHZ, 5000 pages per month, 600x600 dpi or better etc., Engineering Plan printer (1 no.), binding machine (1 no.), plotter A0 size, overhead projector, AC (4 no., 1.5 Ton), Water Coolers (as required)etc for 2 offices (2 nos during Construction Period and 1 no during Maintenance Period)

Reports and Document Printing

Monthly reports (Design and Construction) rate as per Copy: [Total Number of Copies are 252 = No. of Report (84) x No.of Copies for Report (3)]

Half yearly Reports, rate as per Copy: [Total Number of Copies are 12 = No. of Report (4) x No.of Copies for Report (3)]

Various other reports as provided in the Concession Agreement such as Completion Report

Road Survey Equipment (Rate as per 1 Km)

Surface defects detection and roughness measurement using Network Survey Vehicle [Total Quantity is 330 = No. of time survey to be conducted (10) x Km (33)

Pavement strength measurement using FWD [Total Quantity is 198 = No. of time survey to be conducted (6) x Km (33)

Bridge inspection using Mobile Bridge Inspection Unit [Total Quantity is 330 = No. of time survey to be conducted (10) x Km (33)

Road signs inspection using Retro Reflectometer [Total Quantity is 330 = No. of time survey to be conducted (10) x Km (33)]

Contigencies A fixed amount of Indian Rupees ONE MILLION (Rs 10 Lakh) shall be included in the Financial Proposal
