Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed by engr-in charge.

Returning , filling in, incl spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by engr-in charge.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and directed by engr-in charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,

M&L for Hard core with broken stone of gauge n.exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc.15cm thick complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation ,filling and mass complete all as specified.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations,footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, side and soffits of foundations ,plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter complete all as specified.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (design mix) (M-25) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cols,pillars,pier posts etc complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm dia and over , TMT bars, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified.

M&L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron surfaces over 10cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Asian paints (apcolite)/Berger paints (Luxol).

M&L Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6

M&L for 10mm thick cement plasters in CM 1:6 on concrete or brick wall surfaces finished even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L, Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement Base paint over and including a priming coat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
