Operation and Maintenance Contract of Electrical and Mechanical Installations at NDB, Songadh. (For 2 year Period) (Yr 2023-24 and 2024-25).

Amount

Provision of uninterrupted power supply and maintenance (Routine & Preventive) of electrical & mechanical installations at NDB, Songadh including repairs, attending complaints/faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition & maintenance of record/documentations etc as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract on all days including sunday & holidays as and when required in three shifts.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of wall mounted split type room Air conditioners of following capacity of different makes by visiting once in a month and attending any numbers of breakdown calls including carrying out preventive maintenance such as cleaning, repairing/ replacement consumable items, piping and electrical components with genuine materials, taking rectification action, ensuring servicing/ satisfactory working condition of the system as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract. a) 1.5 TR Capacity 230V, 50 Hz ( Qty = 02 Nos AC unit x 24 month = 48 Job) (Note: Rate should be quoted per AC Unit per month)

Execution / carryout the work for items covered / listed in Delhi Scheduled of rates (DSR E&M-2022) published by CPWD as per CPWD specifications for an amount of Rs.50,000/- [Excluding GST] as required. (Agency has to execute schedule item listed in CPWD DSR E&M-2022 as and when required by AAI. May please refer NIT clause 23(e), Page no. NIT - 4 & 5 for quotating of rate for this item no.24)
