Replacement of Water Cooled Package AC units of PLC room and Control Room of Pump House 18 & 26 at BOF area of SMS-II in Rourkela Steel Plant.

• The bidder or their Principal should have experience of having successfully completed or substantially completed the following nature of work:

Design, Supply, Erection and commissioning of water cooled package AC of not less than 12 T in a Central/ State Govt. organizations/ PSUs/ Joint Venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government Organization or PSU/ Public Limited Companies during last 07 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is issued:

The following documents to be submitted in support of the above.

i) Self attested copies of work orders

ii)Self attested copies of completion certificate (Issued by the concerned work executing Authority)

Substantially completed ongoing Work: Completed duration of more than one year for similar work (water cooled package AC of not less than 12 T) and at least 50% of the work order value as per the work order.

Documentary evidence to be submitted: Self attested copies of work completion certificate/ RA bills paid or any other document(s) evidencing value of completed work.

• 1. The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2025 should not be less than Rs.35.0 lakhs. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as on 31.03.2025.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the financial eligibility

a) Self attested copies of Audited annual financial reports / Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account/ turnover certificate from Chartered Accountant for the last three financial years ending 31.03.2025.

- The turnover certificate and the audited profit and loss account certified by the CA members from 01.07.2019 onwards, submitted by bidder in support of the turnover against the eligibility criteria shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).

All documents submitted for fulfillment of Technical and Financial eligibility to be duly self certified.
