REPAIR/REPLACEMENT IN MAINTENANCE OF UNSERVICEABLE ACB, LT PANEL, SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER, APFC PANEL, MCCBs AND UNSERVICEABLE BURNT OUT LT CABLES AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN BAREILLY

M&L for maintenance of Air Circuit Breaker of different capacity including removal of ACB trolley, cleaning of all copper male and female contact, tightening of all connections, checking of all auxiliary contacts, control wiring, etc. refixing the ACB trolley to its original position including proper setting of manual/motorize operation of ACB, checking/setting of tripping system, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Maintenance to be carried out by the rep of authorised OEM.

S&F in replacement of ACB spring charging motor 250V AC/DC (as per site requirement) suitable for AH 10D 1000 Amp with gear assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete cleaning of the internal & external parts of LT panel, checking & testing of all the components of the panel for cable insulation, lugs, connections and the like, replacement of & including provision of minor parts like lugs, insulation tape, nuts bolts, connectors and the like as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cutting & welding of doors & hinges front and rear side LT panel, painting and marking of existing LT Panels with alphabet number not less than 10 mm including rubbing with two coats of enameled synthetic paint including damaged foundation of different size in various location with complete AOR of GE (AF) Bareilly including cutting/dressing of cable, excavation upto 5 mtrs in any type of soil refilling the trench including sand cushioning and brick protection complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Approximate average size of panel= (1.50x0.75x 0.45m) Note - Rates included for provision of sufficient technicians for getting electric shut down and to attend the shutdown on site till completion. Replacement of major items like MCCBs etc. shall be measured & Paid for separately.

S&F in replacement of old defective LT panel with new factory made LT Panel outdoor type platform mounted of size 1800 mm x 1200 mm x 450 mm suitable for 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire system 50Hz supply having aluminum bus bar 600 Amps for phases and neutral, installed on porcelain / epoxy insulator. The panel shall be dust proof, vermin proof (IP54) and applying spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on sheet and made of out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet self moulded type and 55x50x6 mm angle iron frame front and rear opening with double shutter and locking arranement with 50mm lock and including grouting of panel with necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 work complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work includes provision of housing the following acceessories:-

Incoming :- (i) MCCB having current rating 320 Amp. 4 pole of breaking capacity 36 KA -01 No. (ii) Volt meter 0-500 Volts,Square flush pattern,digital type -01 No. (iii) Amp meter square flush pattern 0-600 Amps digital type-01 No. (iv) Indicating lamp LED type one set in incoming phases. (v) Internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor multi stranded cable 1100 volts grade IS 694 marked (vi) Alarm System for indicate the commercial power failure.

Outgoing:- (i) MCCB having current rating 160 Amp, 4 pole of breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 volts -02 Nos. (ii) MCCB having current rating 100 Amp, 4 pole of breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 volts -02 Nos. (iii) MCCB having current rating 63Amp, 4 pole of breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 volts -02 Nos.

Horizontal Boring under hard standing/ pavements or roads manually using suitable auger for insertion of GI pipes up to 100 mm bore and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- GI pipe will be measured and paid separately.

S&F GI tubes 50 mm bore dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubes 80 mm bore dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubes 100 mm bore dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring complete all as specified and as directed.
