REPAIR TO BITUMEN SURFACE OF CRACK/ JOINT FROM KERF FILLING, PLASTERING AND CLEANING OF MONSOON DRAINS INCLUDING ELASTOMERIC CONCRETE AND PQC WORK FOR COMPLETE SLAB AT RUNWAY, PTT, LOOPS, ORPS AND CONNECTED DISPERSAL IN TECH AREA AT AFS PHALODI

M&L for cleaning and Racking out of old expansion joint/Grade 'B' joint of any length, 20 mm to 30 mm wide and 45 mm to 55 mm deep of existing sealant compound, back up rod and filler board of the existing joints by special tools like chisel, hammer, L type hook, racker/cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size, straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant thereafter filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, over it filled with closed cell medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm to 40 mm dia for complete length of the joint. Finally filled with pitch free grey polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor MAF of +/- 30% minimum depth of sealent above de bonding strip shall be 10-15mm and applying masking tap on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and Racking out of old dummy joints/Grade 'B' joint of any length, 8 to 10 mm wide and 26 to 31 mm deep of existing sealant compound and back up rod of the existing joints by special tools like chisel, hammer, L type hook, cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the backup rod and pouring the sealant. Thereafter filled with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 10 to 12 mm dia fo complete length of the joint, over it to be filled with pitch free gray polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-1418752003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+/- 30% minimum depth of sealent above de bonding strip shall be 10-15mm and applying masking tap on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and Racking out of old construction joints/Grade 'B' joint of any length, 12 to 18 mm wide and 31 to 45 mm deep of existing sealant compound and back up rod of the existing joints by special tools like chisel, hammer, L type hook, cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris . Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before pouring the sealant Thereafter filled with closed cell medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 15 to 20 mm dia for complete length of the joint, over it to be filled with pitch free gray polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+!- 30% minimum depth of sealent above de-bonding strip shall be 10- 15mm and applying masking tap on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting existing loose patches/spalled edges, widening of existing cracks of concrete pavement in true geometrical shapes to average depth of 20 mm to 25 mm using diamond cutters operated with gen sets, cleaning the surface dry and free from dust/dirt with air compressor in order to achieve proper bond between elastomeric concrete and cement concrete surface and applying polyurethane based elastomeric concrete over a coat of approved primer as per manufacturer's instructions including supply and fixing masking tape on pavement surface to prevent accidental spillage of elastomeric concrete and removing the masking tape and cleaning the area of application after the application is over complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and any position not other specifically provided for PQC concrete with mechanical means suitable concrete breaker machine etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc received from Item No-05 (other than spoil payable under item No 03028 to 03031 in Section-3-Earthwork) upto a distance of 1.0Km beyand the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick sand cushion with clean river sand duly clear of residual , organic and deleterious materials spread evenly to uniform thickness laid over DLC layer as specified and directed. (No additionaI amount to be paid for overlap)

Supplying and laying 400 micron thick HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) water proof, wrinkle free without puncture having minimum weight 390 gm/Sqm over tack coat/sand cushion as specified in the design with overlap between adjacent strips and at transverse joints as minimum 300mm compete all specified and directed.

M&L for Pavement quality concrete(PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/ Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean , hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone or gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand or crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 360 kg/cum of cement with non -circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted with paver of minimum 7.50 m width , including curing and tining by Texturing cum Curing Machine complete all as specified and directed. Required surface texturing to be done as specified in Clause -, 10.1.14 and Table 9 of IRC' 15-2017 compete all specified and directed.
