Taking down chowkhats or frames n. exc 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

All as per itme No.1 here in above but exc. 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 100 % solid wood plastic composite (WPC) door frame 50x100 mm made from wood plastic composite (single extruded process) material with density 780 Kg/Cum from ISO certified company door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 100 % solid wood plastic composite (WPC) door frame 65x125 mm made from wood plastic composite (single extruded process) material with density 780 Kg/Cum from ISO certified company door should be water proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having good screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary shall be paid separately

S&F aluminium anodised partition with frame, (fixed type) shutter and glazing with 4.8 mm thick plain glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade in bottom panell, glass fixed with rubber gasket with aluminium glazing clips & snap beading including taking down unserviceable existing partition etc allas directed of following sizes:- Frame of vertical/horizontal section:- 44.5x44.5x1.22 mm thick Bottom section:-100x44.5x1.22 mm thick Work will be carried out up to 5th storey
