M&L cement concrete with PCC type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Y shaped MS angle Iron fixed on fencing post including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed. (Each line to be measured separately)

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and Iron surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing surface of wood and wood based materials, new steel surface, iron surface treating small articals such as stop, covers, gully gratings, holdfasts,ends of posts, back of chowkats, etc, area tarred exceeding 0.1 sqm but not exceeding 0.5 each and treated with coal tar or coal tar black paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S &F concertina coil 610 mm dia (50 turn/ coil ) expandable 6-8 mtr ( short barbs ) length 11 +1 mm thicknes of tape 0.5 mm , dia of spring core wire 2.6 mm fixed on angle iron frames including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc. 1.5 m width and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation in soft/loose soil & getting out, complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m, complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with burnt old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius and all as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete Surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and fair (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed..

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type D2 1:4:8 using (40mm gradded aggregate) as in sub base,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-polished Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B2 1:2:4 using (40mm gradded aggregate) finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240, and including nut bolt and MS plate etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Maninal rope(Jute) 40 mm dia as approved complete all as as directed.

M&L preparation of new surface of brick wall and applying three coat of white wash,complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm,as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete with PCC type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channel and drain, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete as in benching/copping, rounded or chamfered on edges B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate including of complete all as specified and directed.

M & L precast cement concrete type B11:2:4 (using stone 20mm aggregate) in landing cover slabs and similar article with plain face and set cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L TMT reinforcement 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.90 mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified and directed .
