Supply and Errection of submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/SU/ crompton /Johnson /BS/ make confirming to BIS 8034-1979/5659-1979 (latest) suitable for lifting clear water fitted with alloy directly bronze impellers or suitable bronze impellers coupled to squirrell cage electric induction motor of same make as that of pump confirming to IS: 9283-1979 (latest with up to date amendments) and totally waterproof for submercible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber grease packed lubricated bearing & Provided with stainless steel thurst bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It sholud also be fitted with device to a take up expansion of water with heating of motor including water level guard , errection clamps, cable clips & depth gauge etc. The pump shall be suitable for operation on data given below:-

Providing and installation of India Mark III (65mm) and India mark II extra deep (32mm) deep well hand pumps as per IS 13056-1991 alongwith its upto date amendments and IS : 9301 respectively comprising of following items, of suitable Truck/ Tractor mounted rig where road available or with Portable rig where road not available with DTH/ ODEX/ Percussion/ Calyx/ Rotary method alongwith necessary accessories etc. to the site of work and erection including leveling of site etc., complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling bores of 125 mm dia as per IS 2800-1979 using ODEX (TUBEX) attachment required drilling in collapsible strata, conglomerate, boulders, pebbles, gravels, silt, clay etc. including cost of attachments, consumables stores, bits, water, POL etc complete with system of simultaneous lowering of 125mm nominal bore, 5 mm thick MSERW Fincut casing pipe which will be welded together using 2.5mm or 3.25 mm dia advani/oerlikon electrodes, with one plain end and the other end chamfered to 50 degree removing paint on the area to be welded, inclusive of the cost of biodegradable and non toxic form flush etc. complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. MSERW fincut casing pipe, casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX to be paid separately.

ii) Supplying and lowering of IS marked 125mm nominal bore, 5mm thick finuct MSERW casing pipes as per IS 4270-2001and requirement of ODEX attachment from approved manufactures complete in all respects as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing suitable casing shoe and bit tube as per requirement of ODEX attachment complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Collection and preservation of soil samples in polythene bags complete in all respects as per as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Development of bore well and yield testing with air compressor through V-Notch and disinfection etc complete in all respects as per IS 2800-1979 and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard / soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard / soft rocks including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts, staking the excavated soil / materials upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked excavated soil in all layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing of Galvanised mild steel tubes (LG) including fittings (earth work in trenches to be measuredand paid for seprately) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts of the following nominal bore.

Providinjg and fixing, Making connection of G.I. pipe i.e. cutting welding confirming to ISI specifications i.e. commissioning complete in all respects of following dia in gravity main (Earth work in trenches shall be measured and paid for seprately all leads and lifts and as per satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Making connection of 32 mm dia G.I. pipe with 15 mm dia G.I. Pipe complete in all respects as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of GM peet valve of various dia heavy duty ISI marked complete fixing at site complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of GM union of various dia heavy duty ISI marked complete fixing at site complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of engineer in charge.
