MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS REQUIRED FOR B/R & E/M SERVICES (Sch 'A' Part-XII)

SITE CLEARANCE AND SITE DEVELOPMENT Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royalty if any, transportation, taxes if any etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (a) Earth required for the item shall be supplied by contractor from outside of MOD land of any lead, at his own arrangement. (b) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction royalties, tax etc shall be deemend to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (c) Forming embankments / filling in low lying areas including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering ramming / rolling and finishing of required size, shape etc not exceeding 1.5 m high from base / natural ground level. (d) With reference to Clause 3.6 of MES Schedule Part-II on Serial Page NO. 21, it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be of finished embankment / traverse of filled earth after consolidation / compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk. (e) Total quantitiy / partial quantity of earth may not be available in Missamari Area. The contractor shall bring the earth outside area and it is advised to quote the rate considering available of soil and its lead involved.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL Supply, laying and testing of 200mm internal dia of DWC high density (HDPE) pipe ISI marked (with CM/L No) with and including all fittings and jointing materials for sewage line and laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION M & L for point wiring with 2.5 sqmm (nominl area) 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLS multi stranded copper cable, drawing through and including non metallic PVC rigid conduit medium grade, concealed in wall/ceilling/fixed to roof for 15 Amps switch socket outlet controlled by one switch alongwith PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor and connected to earth dolly including fixing of GI flush mounting box of suitable module and suitable inner plate and modular plate of suitable size. The modular plate shall be flushed to wall, fixed with SS screw, including necessary chase cutting and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of Modular type TV Co-axial socket outlet-1 module in the modular MS / GI sheet box and cover plate including connections etc complete all as specified directed.

Supplying and fixing of modular type RJ-11 telephone socket outlet in the modular MS/GI sheet box and cover plate including connections etc Double RJ-11 in one module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED light fitting 1x10 W, 6500 K, 230 V, wall mounted decorative ultra slim round profile LED lighting fixture with extruded plycarbonate diffuser, environment friendly, energy efficient LED batten with integrated electronic driver, fixed on and including 02 Nos of PVC round/square block , screws etc complete with all accesories internally prewired and including connecting up with and including twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with sutiable size complete all as specified and directed.

Fabtication, supply & fixing of GI Pipe bracket up to 32 mm dia 0.9 m long & 2 set of clamps made ou of 30x5mm ms flat & flixed with anchor bolt suitable for 1x32W LED security light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F AC three phase, four wire, tamper proof, Static Watt-Hour Meter of accuracy Class 1.0, 240 V per phase, 50 Hz, current 10A - 100A, confirming to relevant Indian Standard with Dual Mode (Credit / Prepaid) support, with polycarbonate enclosure, Advanced Revenue Protection feature, in-build data calculation, Microprocessor and LED based circuitry complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Data Management of the Meter will be super imposed as and when Centrally Server and Tariff Management Software will be installed in the Station.

Note :- (i) Excavation, DI Specials shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rate of rubber gasket joint shall be included in quoted rate.

M & L Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 900 mm x 900mm x 900 mm (internal dimension), foundation with 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2, brick work shall be full brick thick wall in CM (1:4), 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally, external upto 15 cm from GL complete with MS angle iron frame work angle size 40x40x6mm fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 of size 230mmx200mmx100mm, 3.15mm thick MS sheet top cover openable through hinges 02 Nos, handle and locking arrangement, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint over acoat of primer inside complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation and Earth work will be measured and paid separately.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix expulsion fuse, Triple pole, channel type/drop out type suitable as per site reqmt with working pressure 11 KV grade of capacity upto 200 Amps complete all as specefied and directed.

Boring holes horizontally under Road without damaging the surface of Road (minimum 1.0 METRE below the Road Surface incl GI Tubing not exc. 80mm bore (dia) for passing of UG Cable, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : GI pipe will be measured and paid separately.

S&F Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Type B-1 of size (0.5M X 0.05MX1.0M) Cable Route Indicator including embossing 'DANGER/11KV CABLE/MES' on both sides and painted Letters with approved Colour, burried in ground for a depth of 45 Cm including necessary Earth Work, complete all as specified and directed.

SS & F Junction Box for Street Lights of size 205x255x112 mm made out of Polycarbonate material totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 66/67 protection and suitable size of "connect well" stud teriminal (provision for socket bolting)- 04 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 amps- 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable bracket nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cable glands shall be fixed in inlet and out let of junction box and rate of Cable glands is deem to be included in quoted rate.

S & F LED street light made up off pressure die cast aluminium housing wth toughened glass and high power LEDs as a light source and electronic driver of capacity 60 watts and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection . 10 KV SPD is also included for protection of driver and LEDs . lumen efficacy of light fitting shall be 110 LM/W. and necessary mounting arrangements and provision of 2.5 sq mm three core conductor cable multi stranded from fitting to over head line or Junction box complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Housing of street light fitting shall be suitable for 40 to 50 mm dia of bracket.

Supply & laying , testing & commissioning of LT PVC insulated, 3 core copper Conductor 1100 Volt grade, cross-sectional area 2.5 Sqmm, connecting along security pole from Junction Box to Security light including Brass Cable, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Street Light Fitting Bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade, 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend to required shape and fixing to poles, walls etc., including supply and fixing of MS Clamp, nut-bolts as required duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of Transformer yard 8 mtr x 8 mtr x 150 mm filled with 40 mm broken stone gravels with transformer base (for transformer base refer TD drg no. CESZ/2019/TD-71, sheet no. 1/1) of size 2 mtr x 2 mtr x 1.2 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild Steel gate 5 mtr x 2.10 mtr for transformer yard as per TD drg no. CESZ/2018/TD-27, sheet no. 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Chain link & barbed wire fencing with angle iron post (Height =2.10 mtr above GL) as per TD drg no. CESZ/2019/TD-48, sheet no. 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and directed.
