Dismantling of chainlink fencing of any description and in any position with and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts(wood ,steel or RCC) of any section including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground with and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire of any description and in any positionwith and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc all as specified & as directed. (Note : Each line wire to be measured separately)

Supply and fixing galvanized steel chain link fence fabric of any mesh size made out of not less than 3.15 mm nominal dia of mesh wire conforming to IS 2712-2003 and having zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS-4826 including line wires/ binding complete all as specified and as directed(A Board of Officers under the orders of GE shall be convened to ascertain the weight per square metre of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing brought at site by the contractor against each lot of materials).

S&F Concertina coil (reinforced punched barbed tape single layer) for fencing work complete all as per following specification and as directed : (i) Diameter of concertina coil: 1050 mm (ii) Number of turns in concertina : 50 to 53 turns (iii) weight to each coil : 15 kg (Approx) (iv) Coverage per coil : 6 RM (v) Central core wire : Made from high tensile spring steel core wire conforming to IS-4454 dut hot dipped galvanished ( conforming to IS-2629) with dia 2.59 mm (+/- 5%), UTS 145-160 Kg/Sqmm, Zinc Coating 250-300 gms/Sqm (vi) Strips : Electro galvanished steel strip 0.5 mm (+/- 0.02 mm) thick conforming to IS-1573, Zinc coating- 120 gm/ Sqm and bituminished dipped, width or barbs 11 mm (+/- 5%), pitch of barbs 24 mm (=/- 0.5 mm) (vii) Clips : AISI 304-1.5 mm thick C and U clips 'C' Special type for fixing coil and RBT wire, 'U' clips special type for joining one coil to another coil and RBT wire to RBT wire jointing (viii) No of clips 125 for each coil (ix) handle and spikes to be provided as required with and including dismantling of existing concertina coil 6of any dia having 50-53 turns and apprixoimate wt 8.50-15 kg stretched to cover a distance of 5-7 runnign metre from existing mild steel fencing post complete all as specified and as directed . M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any postion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. Wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one nut hexagonal, dia of shank 12 mm, length of bolt 50 mm to 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 10mm round bars Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality-A or Fe-290-(Gde-E-165) as in stiffner to hold the chain link fencing fixed with angle iron post inclucinding necessary welding and fixing arrangement at ends complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix for mild steel work such as band, clamps, Flat iron fillet for securing wire mesh, straps, ties etc. and similar works, fabrication for steel sections conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) including necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicatedincluding dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, quality confirming to GDE Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.Note: Independent test report and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel or iron surafeces, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old rusted steel or iron angles etc over 10 cm width or girth fixed over security wall and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Painting to be carried out for Angle Irons of RCC boundary wall, including making necessary arrangement for removing concertina coil and placing the same in its original position/making good if required as per site condition will be included in quoted rate)

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces on walls and and applying one coat of 100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colours as approved) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand painting, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Painting shall be done in camouflage pattern as per existing shade(s) and pattern(s). (ii) The Contractor shall furnish guarantee for the exterior acrylic emulsion paint and shall be responsible for effectiveness of the UV Resistance, Alkali & Fungal Resistance and Dirt Resistance of the painted areas during the guarantee period.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning of blockage of wash basin, floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap (GT), kitchen, bath etc. (carrying sullage) in any length upto the first manhole by any means (using chemical or any mechanical device) & flushing with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaning of blockage of WC/Urinal (carrying soil waste) in any length upto the first manhole using the cleaning devices as per rule 5 and protective gear and safety devices as per rule 4 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Rules, 2013, including removal of debris from site and washing down thoroughly for free flowing of waste upto 1st manhole and finally cleaning the washroom/toilet with clear water throughly or removal of debries/dirt etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line,100 mm bore, between manhole using the cleaning devices in compliance of Section 5 and protective gear and safety devices in compliance of Section 4 of 'The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013' and clearing of blockage for clog free flowing of sewage, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1.Center line length of the sewage line excluding the intermediate manhole(s) will be measured.2.Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of shrubs, grass small roots etc. around the Manholes, Inspection chamber etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account).

Bailing out water content in liquid/semi liquid state from sewage in septic tanks/ sewage sumps/manholes/ soakage pits etc upto the top of sludge level/aggregate fillings by using the mechanical cleaning devices in compliance of section 5 and protective gear and saftey devices in compliance of section 4 of "The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act 2013" by blocking temporarily the inlet line with suitable size wooden plugs and removing/discharging water content in liquid/semi liquid to a distance n exc 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing in pits not exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth, returning filling in of pit after soaking of water including sprinkling of bleaching powder over the trenches and including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included of cleaning of shrubs, grass small roots etc. around the Manholes, Inspection chamber etc and along sewage lines wherever required or as directed and no extra payment shall be made on this account).

Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels,kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar,complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate,in foundations, filling and mass concrete including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in surface channels and drains including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, as directed including necessary from work including demolition of existing cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct from Serial Item No. 28 here-in-before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for,bricks, sub class B,laid flat, in floors, old size bricks,bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks in brick-on-edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/ pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc.built in cement or cement lime mortar including flush pointing to bricks laid flat or brick tiles in pavings in cement mortar (1:4) , including removing of rubbish, grass etc from the site to a distance exc, 250m but n. exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation laying cables etc or shaft,wells,cesspits,manholes.pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil under floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for NP3 drain pipe 150 mm internal dia grade A laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar with and including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for concrete bed to drain pipe of internal diameter 150 mm, class NP3, laid in trenches of depth more than 1.2 m in cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including forming cradles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for NP3 drain pipe 100 mm internal dia grade A laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar with and including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface other than fair face of brickwork and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement,including taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), including demolition of existing brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement in walls/spetic tank/manholes/soakage pits etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound shall be be deemed to be inluded in qoated rates)

Demolition of unreiforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) with and including clear vegatation in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section completeand removing unserviceable material exc 1500 mtr out side of MOD land complete all as directed as specified.

M & L 100 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates finished surface even and fair as in Paving/hardstanding/sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M30 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles chemically treated , cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 30 cm X 30 cm X 25 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire of any description and in any position with and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition and moving old usable material for refixing in premisies of techenical within 2.5 Km of any size including necessary clips and nuts & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 of dia 450 mm, laid accurately in slope and jointed properly with cement mortar 1:2:4 complete with collars,spaces between the pipes should be filled with stiff mixture of cement mortar 1:2 , including Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding with pcc 1:3:6 to pipes after they are laid and tested incl. taking out old broken existing pipe ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of drains by removing silt, taking out brick bats, pebbles, muds, clay sludge etc from the bottom of drain and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50 m and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provide for complete all as specified and directed.
