Procurement of High Pressure Valves for BM-1 of RTPS

The intending bidder should have a minimum experience of 5 Years in Manufacture & shall have successfully supplied High Pressure Valves & its Spares for 2500 class and above with IBR Certification in FORM III C issued by Director of Boilers to any one of 210 MW or above capacity Thermal Power Station of State/Central Government organization/PSU company in India. Note: Asa proof purchase order (PO) copies (Single/Multiple(max.3) amounting to not less than Rs. 28 Lakhs (Rs.14 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25 (2 year for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2023-24 & 2024-25) which supplies are made shall be uploaded.

The intending bidder should be IBR approved Valve manufacturer only to participate in this tender & valid evidence Firm Approval issued by Director of Boilers shall be furnished.

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not less than Rs 35 Lakhs (Rs 17.50 Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (last 2 preceding financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises). As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

IBR certificate in Form IIIC issued by the Director of Boilers and its invoice shall be uploaded along with satisfactory performance for any one of the supplied valves for a minimum period of 3 years from date of putting the valves in use. The performance certificate should be issued by Chief Engineer or equivalent of the thermal power station of State/Central Government organization/PSU Company in India
