Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioing of online fully microprocessor Controlled Modular type 90 KW+ One Extra Module for Standby Purpose UPS System (expandable capacity up to minimum 150 KW) base frame size hotswapable IGBT based PWM Technology suitable for three phase 4 wire AC input voltage 380 V to 440 V, 50 Hz +10% and Three phase 4 wire AC output voltage 415 ± 1% Volts & frequency 50 ± 0.5 Hz ,Input external isolation transformer Capacity of 150 KVA, 3 wire AC input voltage 415 V, 50 Hz and Three phase 4 wire AC output voltage 415 Volts & frequency 50 etc as required which shall be housed in rugged enclosure made of MS sheet 1.2 mm thick aesthetically finished, duly pre-treated and powder coated etc, having 30 minutes back up time including necessary SMF battery and suitable size connecting cable (for UPS to Battery and battery to battery), including Battery link and Racks, MCCB switch for Battery Bank etc input,output, static and maintenance bypass switch, SNMP card for RS232/ RS485 compatability for operation and monitoring etc. conforming to specifications enclosed.

Supplying of following sizes XLPE Insulated & PVC sheathed Copper conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade ISI marked conf. to IS : 7098 (Pt-1) etc. as required (Make Polycab/finolex/Havells)

Supplying and making and termination with Brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes are required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of LT panel fully compartmentalized (bolted type design) metal clad, floor mounted, both side extensible type switchboard made of 2 mm CRCA sheet suitable for 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz system, consisting of 4 strips Copper busbars complete with following accessories. Incomings : 1 Nos. 250 A FP MCCB (Ics=35 kA) Microprocessor release I/C shall have with ON/OFF indication lamp, phase indication lamps & Multifunction meter with CT each outgoing. Busbar : 500A TPN Cu busbar. Busbar shall be insulated with heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be color coded. Outgoing : 4 nos. 100A FP MCCB Ics=25kA with TMD release. ON/OFF indicating Lamp with control MCB & Multifunction meter with CT each outgoing.

Dismantling,shifting,reinstallation,testing and commissioning in parallel Mode operation including Parallel Connection with same capacity of floor mounted Make /model (Eaton 93E) UPS System of following capacity UPS with complete accessories along with batteries, rack,switches including connection etc. as required.
