Supply, install, connecting up existing cables, testing and commissioning of HT 12 KV rated voltage and 11 KV operating voltage, 3 phase 50 Hz, three way outdoor Ring Main Unit (+CCC+) comprising three motorised load break isolators, battery charger, totally enclosed metal clad switch gear with motorized 24 volt DC battery bank and charger, having rated current of Ring Switch of 630 Amp, both side extensible, copper bus bar with danger notice board, with factory made weather proof enclosure by the switchgear manufacturer. The sheet steel enclosure for this outdoor RMU shall be of 2mm thick with SS tank of 3mm thickness and the unit shall be painted of C3 class marine application with following specifications mentioned below and all as per the IEC 60298, IEC 60265, IEC 60129, IEC 60420, IEC 60056, IEC 60694 and as per the specification of the manufacturer. (a) Ring Switch/Isolator (i) Capacity 11 KV, HT, 630 Amps. Triple pole, single break, having three position ('ON', 'OFF' and 'EARTH') Ring Main Switches, each with independent motor charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch. (ii) Air insulated cable boxes with gland plate suitable for bottom entry of single run of three core cable up to 300 sqmm. (iii) Cable Bushings (iv) Capacitive Voltage Indicator with LED Display. (v) Mimic diagram on front panel, complete with status indicators (ON-OFF-EARTH). (vi) Motorised assembly (vii) Fault Passage Indicator (viii) Angle Boots-NON TOUCH PROOF.
(b) General spacifications : (i) One set of positive standard mechanical interlocks to avoid unsafe operations. (ii) Provision of pad locking for open, close, earth position in correct sequence. (iii) Mano meter for indicating SF6 gas pressure with green and red zone. (iv) Minimum 2.5 mm thick stainless steel SF6 tank with robotically welded construction with IP67 protection. (v) External stud for earthing connections. (vi) SF6 Gas re filling provision. (vii) Extendable bushings for future extension with metallic end cap cover. (viii) Necessary weather protection roofing using galvolume sheet to be provided and cost should be deemed in the quoted rate. (ix) Foundation for RMU as per the recommendation of manufacturer. Note: 1.RMU shall be tested at OEM factory in the presence of the rep of accepting officer and the test certificate duly signed by the OEM, rep of accepting officer, Engineer Charge and GE shall be submitted before dispatching of item. 2. Testing and commissioning of RMU shall be carried out by OEM rep at the site in presence of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type RMU of Make ABB, extension to and connecting to existing ABB make outdoor RMU of enclosure protection IP 54, IP 54 both side extensible HT 12 KV rated voltage and 11 KV operating voltage, 3 phase 50 Hz, one way Ring Main Unit comprising one load break isolator (+C+) and with motor assembly, SCADA compatible, totally enclosed metal clad switch gear, having rated current of Ring Switch is 630 Amp,21 kA for 3 seconds, copper bus bar with danger notice board, with factory made weather proof CRCA sheet enclosure of minimum thickness 3.15 mm (or as per manufacturers design ) by the switchgear manufacturer and connecting existing cable to RMU. The sheet steel enclosure for this outdoor RMU shall be of 2mm thick with SS tank of 3mm thickness and the unit shall be painted of C3 class marine application with following specifications mentioned below and all as per the IEC 60298, IEC 60265, IEC 60129, IEC 60420, IEC 60056, IEC 60694 and as per the specification of the manufacturer

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified including taking down of old item and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) Cost of GI pipe 40 mm and GI strip for length of upto 7.5 RM shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate and over and above shall be measured and paid separately.
Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV, indoor, IP 4X, 630 Amp, 350 MVA,3 phase 50 Hz, one incoming, Three outgoing (total 04 Nos VCBs) and totally enlcosed with 2mm thick AL-ZN sheet steel for body and 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel duly powder coated for doors , aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity, SCADA compatible totally enclosed and fully interlocked Horizontal isolation, horizontal draw out type breaker as per IEC : 62271-100/200. Single break trip free breaker with motor operated spring charged mechanism, mounted on a truck carriage complete with self contained operated fully interlocked rack in and rack out mechanism. Breaker is featured with machanical ON & OFF indicator with hand trip device, 24V DC close and trip coil including battery charger and batteries, auxilary switch of 6 NO+6NC with Intelligent Electronic Device (IED) numerical overcurrent with earth fault relay with instantaneous elements with alphanumeric display, 12 D/I with 10 D/O, trip circuit supervision with IEC 61850 communication, suitable wired for SCADA operation, Pilot lamps for trip, ON, OFF, Service test, Local/Remote switch, trip-neutral-close switch, Multi function meter with RS 485 port and master trip relay with each incoming and outgoing and draw out trolley etc including dismantling of old OCB panel and deposit to MES store and connecting existing cables to new HT panel all as per the direction of the engr-in-charge. (a) HT 11 KV, 630 Amp, 350 MVA,3 phase 50 Hz, VCB, Incomer Resin cast PTs should be 11KV / /3 / 110 / /3, class 0.5, 100 VA and CTs of 300/150 - 300/150/5-5, class 0.5 / 5P10, 30 VA with all indication lamps and protection relay - 01 No (b) HT 11 KV, 630 Amp, 350 MVA,3 phase 50 Hz for Three Outgoings with all indication lamps and protection relay (i)CTs of 200/100-200/100/5-5, 2 core, class 0.5 / 5P10, 30 VA - 03 No Note:- 1.HT panels should be tested at switchgear OEM factory by the rep of Accepting officer. 2.Testing and Commissioning of VCB Panels should be carried out by OEM rep at the site in presence of Engineer-in-charge.
S&F cable route indicator over the HT cables made out of cast iron block of size 15x10 cm and thicknes 10 mm fixed with MS strip of size 32x4 mm upto length 75 mm and marked with 'MES HT Cable 185 /240 /300 Sqmm ' as required on cast iron block including necessary PCC and earth work etc complete including taking down old route indicators all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Lateral thrust boring (Horizontal Direct Drilling) of holes in all classes of soil suitable for inserting 150 mm dia HDPE Pipes to lines and levels up to a depth of 3 meters without damaging any existing underground utilities fixing 150 mm, PE100,PN8,ISI 4892 HDPE pipe in the bore hole made as per the direction of Engr- in- charge at site for drawing of UG Cable including hire charges for tools and plants, conveying and erecting machinery for the lateral thrust boring and removing the same from the site after completion of the work including loading and unloading and supply of 150mm HDPE pipe including taking down old HDPE/GI pipe all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and laying cables in trenches, or fixing on walls or passing through cable duct / pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade having cross sectional area 2 core 6 sqmm including taking down old cable all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling of HT OCB panel from the Pegasus Substaion, NAY and Loading, transporting to MES Store at Kataribagh Power House and Unloading the OCB Panel all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The OCB Panel shall be stored at MES Store using necessary crane etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The cost for crane, transportation etc shall be included in quoted rate.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil for laying/removal/identifying the fault/relaying of cable etc all as specified and directed.
Returning , filling ,in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level, not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for riddled soil cushioning and covering of UG cables in trenches(Note : For measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be measured and paid )
Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm as per IS-5820 laid in trenches for protection of cable all as specified ,.
M & L 180 mm bore High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) PN 10 laid in trenches/Wall/road crossing for suitable length as per sire requirement all as specified.
Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall on batten or porcelain insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in GI pipe 40 mm or fixed with poles or any other indicated sitution for loop earthing etc as required using galvanised iron strip of size 32 X 6 mm complete all as directed. NOTE :- (i) GI Pipe 40 mm shall be measured and paid separately
M & L 40 mm bore GI tubes light grade galvanised, with all fittings laid in trenches or walls or for passing earth strip, etc , complete including taking down old item.all as specified
Taking down old Unserviceable cables from trenches/walls /Gl pipes of 11000 volts grade having cross sectional area 3 core 185/240 Sqmm all as specified and as directed.
Taking down carefully the existing precast cable cover of HV type from trenches and relaying the covers in trench as cable protection all as specified and directed. Note: The Damaged cable covers shall not be used for relaying.
Supply and fix 5mm thick plain or chequered Mild steel plates, Fe-410-W(Grade-E-250) quality-B or over in thickness in available sizes complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying and laying insulated mats of sizes 1m x 2m ISI marked for voltage up to 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing of Display board of size 04 feet x 6 feet made of Aluminum frame, and board of hylam sheet including fixing of Electrical Layout diagram designed in AutoCAD duly laminated etc. all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical jet spray /grinder and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer applicator using modern tools, and spray technique complete all as specified.
Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement motor bedding complete all as specified.
M & L Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.
