M&L for machine cut pre polished Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick (single piece) as in risers to steps, skiting/dado, pillars, window cills and the like, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), set & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) stone slab as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust to match with marble shade over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured glossy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and pigment to match the surface of tile as in floor over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be paid seperately)

S&F in repairs PVC water storage tank triple layer white colour cylindrical, vertical with closed top with threaded cover hoisted and fixed in position tank capacity 1000 Ltr with and including ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod and high density plastic ball screwed for 25mm bore of iron pipe and making connection for inlet and outlet including dismantle of old water tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (minimum weight 210 gram) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling (grid size 605 x 605mm) fixed to walls with rawl plugs and screws and hang to roof members with 6mm dia GI wire (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long with and including 12mm thick perforated particle board of 60x60cm in size fixed or laid / inserted to Aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment i.e. APP Membrane, brick tiling including concrete padding and benching and open up RCC roof slab including picking, sweeping cleaning with wire brush and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt to get surface free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material without damaging existing serviceable structure complete to receive new roof treatment including rubbish off the premises upto a distance exc 250 mtr but n.exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these iems.)

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding/Sunken floor, kerb/bencing alongwith parapet including rounded, chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick screed bedding in CM (1:3) finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer's instructions with following course of description below :- (i) Applying a priming one coat of bituminious primer evenly @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm till the surface is properly impregnated. (ii) Providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.60 Kg/Sqm and minmum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) centre core laid on primed surface by forced applications as per the manufacturer's instructions with side over lap of 75mm and end overlap of 100mm. All overlap joints shall br sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer (torching overlap by propane or butane gas torch) and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer. (iii) Apply two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP Membrance. (Note: the work in respect of water proofing treatment shall be carried out only by authorized/approved applicator of the manufacturer/firms of app membrane. The contractor shall submitted 10 year company back warranty before claiming payments complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The work is required to be carried out at non-accessible roof for double storey. The contractor shall make arrangement of scoffolding , safety & security of workers and arrangement for approach to roof. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included for these iems.)
