Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 151-154,151-155, as windows frame section No. 151-155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing fitting, fixing of Al. door with OEL anodized Al. door section of 9202 as verticalmember, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottom and middle member and 6mm plain glass in top portion with 12mm thick pre-laminated board in bottom portion fixedon door frame by means of tapered clip No. 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No. 1855 includingall cost of labour, T&P, hire charges of drilling machine, labour charges etc. complete.

False Ceiling made out of 12mm thick POP Gypsum board ceiling fixed with frame made out of G.I.Perimetre channel runners (Gyp steel make or equivalent branded company)etc.and hanged from RCC Roof slab on 600 x 600 mm grid including cost,conveyance and taxes of all materials with cost of labour and T&P required for the work complete as per directio of the E-I-C

Cement concrete (1:2:4) in foundation using 12mm size BHCB chipps

6mm thick cement plaster in cm (1:4) to RCC surface including close deep chipping&slurry treatment

Providing and fixing Chequered tiles in floors of 300x 300mm size of approved quality over a bed of cement mortar ( 1:1 ) etc complete .

Supplying and fixing MS doors and windows with M.S. window grills of any approved drawing & design including cost, conveyance and taxes etc. complete.

P.O.P Gypsum Board carnice fixed with Screws and plastic, plug including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials with cost of labour and T & P required for the work complete as per Directio of EIC.

Factory made solid WPC door frame of size 95mmx55mm fabricated .The door frame consist of four segments which are provided with plug-in-socket arrangement in-situ in the mould. The segments are plugged in and are joined together by means of screw . The WPC frame shall be provided with the material and process for manufacturing the door frames shall conform to relavent I.S Specification. the finish of door frame will be plain colour white /lvory/Beige/light grey/Golden brown/mahogany/Teak wood /sand stone/Champagne/pastel blue of any other colour using high quality pigments complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the engineer in charge.

Priming 1coat with any approved WALL CEMENT primer on plastered surface

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of grade M-40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size,desing & shape ,laid in requiredcolour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coursesand ,filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
