REPAIR AND MAINT OF SUMMER COOLING APPLIANCES AND ALLIED WKS UNDER GE AHMEDABAD

Taking out Window/Split type Air conditioner of any make and capacity from position and cleaning the complete cooling coil & condenser coil with chemical base solution and water including servicing, oiling, greasing complete air conditioner checking of blower motor, electrical connection and re-fixing the same on its original position and testing complete all as specified and directed (If any spare is required to replaced the same to be measured and paid separately under supply only item)

Labour only with all necessary T&P etc for attending day to day complaints of summer appliances including taking out and replacing of defective components of window / split type air conditioners of any capacity through minimum one skilled mechanic and one helper complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Spare parts/components required for replacement shall be measured and paid for separately at supply only rates under respective item of BOQ. (ii) The contractor shall be imposed a penalty at the rate of Rs 500/- per day for each complaint pending for more than 24 Hrs.

Removing defective window/Split type air conditioner of any make and capacity from various locations and transporting to contractor workshop to carry out necessary repair as mentioned in respective item including cleaning the air conditioner with water and air pressure and to replace un-serviceable spares parts and re-fixing at various locations after repairing including testing on load at site complete all as specified and directed (All spares compressor, fan motor, relay, capacitor, over load, shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item)

Removing unserviceable burnt sealed compressor from Air conditioner and fixing only new rotary compressor of any capacity including necessary welding the same with existing refrigerant pipe, supply & charging refrigerant gas including testing all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- i) Rotary compressor shall be measured and paid separately under supply only item) ii) If any item required to made equipment functional like cappliary,copper pipe ect is deemed to be included in coated rate.
