M&L Double legged Metallic Information sign Board of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 3 mm thick to be covered with Hi-intensity grade retro reflective coloured cover tape as per IRC standards of approved make and Letters of any type and colour (size and colour as approved) size i.e. (i) 53 words upto 4 cm Height and upto 1 cm width ,(ii) 57 words upto 2 cm Height and upto 0.5 cm width ,(iii) 1273 words upto 2 cm of Heigth and upto 0.5 cm width, and Fire division symbol of different shape i.e. Hexagon , cross sign, Triangle , diamond with serially numbered 1,2,3 and 4 to be fixed to board with suitable adhesive. The structural steel frame work made of MS squre pipe of size 50 mm x 50 mm leg length 2500 mm (2 nos.), 30 mm x 30 mm horizontal member length 1330 mm (2nos.) and 30 mm x 30 mm vertical member length 1160 mm (2nos.) and 16 nos of bolts for supports complete in all respect including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including exacavation in earth work in post holes, embedded in ground upto 600 mm in depth and 500 mm x 500 mm base in cement concrete 1:3:6 tpye C-1 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .
