Supplying and laying of 25mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying of 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

S&F 15mm dia stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed all as directed.

S & F sprinkler made up of ABS plastic material suitable for 15mm bore pipe along with adjustable stand of height 30 to 45 cm with all arrangements all as directed.

M&L for continuous Brick Edging using sub class 'B' bricks with width equal to the length of the brick , laid dry on edge vertically and as required angle including two coats of colour on exposer surfaces of the brick all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in soft loose soil and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in boundry,pillars and posts footing etc.

M & L for mild steel work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in angle iron posts & struts in fencing and in compound walls including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. and including flat iron filletes for securing wire mesh or fence etc. including all necessary bolting riveting etc complete.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ150 as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ150 as in roof covering/cladding ridge or hips, valley gutter to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.50m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth; for foundations, etc. or not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, (Broken stone or boulders) deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

M & L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in boundry pillars and posts footing or in foundations sub base etc.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 mix ,type B-2 Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor complete

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over cement screed base 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:4, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc complete as directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut,in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over backing coat of 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:3, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors etc complete as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed.

M&L for Rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured separately as supply only).

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distamper over and including a coat of 3mm average thick wall care putty and one coat of primer complete as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete in sub base for flooring type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and consolidation for laying paver block. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L coloured Machine pressed polished precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment on sand bed.

M & L for Filleting in any position and to any shape not exc.25 sq. cm in cement mortar 1:4 including all mitres, stops, etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm in soil

Removing excavated material soil exc 250m but n.exc. 500m and depositing where as directed

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm , as in floors etc set over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick with CM 1:4 including necessary adhesive (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M & L for Glazed vitrified high depth elevation coloured walls tiles in vertical surfaces 300x 600x 6mm to 7 mm thick set over and including rendering 10mm thick on vertical surface of wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 to receive wall tiles including necessary adhesive (Shade for tile of decorative pattern and decoration shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge/GE).

Testing and submission of Geophysical Investigation /survey report for Tube Well from affilated recogonized Govt lab. (Report shall be submitted to AGE E/M office for approved of GE)

Drilling the borewell with drill/DR rig circulation method including electronic logging through any kind of strater of size 12" incl heavy grade UPVC casing pipe 150mm (6"), Min 6.5 mm thick (Duke ISI - CS threaded 3 meters length,and pea Gravell packing around the casing pipe with in all kind of soil & strata including disposal of surplus soil with in 100 mtr well ramming & stablizing of material and transporotation of drilling rig and other T&P to the site and back complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at location MES IB Note:-(a) The rate quoted by the bidder shall deemed to include suitable truck mounted drilling incl transportation alongwith necessary T & P required at site for digging of borewell.

Supply, Installation, lowering, testing, and commissioning of Submersible pump set multi stage with electric driven motor of minimum capacity 1.5 HP, 01 phase, 220 Volts Hz AC, head 70m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing water proof flat submersible copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm (Green & White ISI marked), single core, 1100 volts grade including nylon binding wire and accessories to clamp with column pipe at places to column pipe complete all as specified and directed Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for UPVC column pipes of size 1.5" including all necessary accesseries complete.

S & F of CI Adaptor set

S & F of GI elbow and nipple of size 1.5"

S & F of SS bushing of size 2" X 1.5"

S & F of PVC bore cap of suitable size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed

S & F of MS clamp made out from flat iron suitable for colum pipe of size 1.5" complete all as specified directed

Development of bore well as per IS-2800 using min 250 PSI air compressor till silt free clear water is obtained from the well for an uninterrupted period. The final discharge shall be free from sand complete to deliver 3 LPS of water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing medium grade of 32 mm bore with all fittings and fixtures fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floor/trenches complete

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve for 32 mm dia pipe with iron wheel head, screwed both ends ISI marked

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation of poles/laying of cables/stay/strut etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete

S&F LED outdoor under water light 12 watt IP-68 ,Suitable for swimming pool/façade etc in 6000k and also in RGB with remote operations with stand of light all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F OPENWELL submersible pump kois-0520, 0.5 HP,single phase,210 volts, head 12m size 25mmx25mm with control panel.all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying in trenches of 25 mm bore GI steel tubing medium grade including all fittings such as Tees, elbow, bends etc complete all as specified.

S & F 25 mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe.

Supply and fix DOL starter 230V, 50Hz, 1 Phase suitable for upto 1 HP Motor, including replacement of copper lugs as per suitable and making suitable mounting on wall/floor stand with angle bolt,nut with wahsers as per size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
