Dismanting of existing Window/SplitAC machine with proper arrangement including copper pipes and accessories and submit to the desired place

Supply and delivery of 2 TR capacity Concealed type Split Air Conditioner having rated cooling capacity of 24000 BTU/hr. with rotary compressor ,1 no IDU of rated power supply 230V-1ph-50 Hz,1 no ODU of rated power supply-230V-1ph-50 Hz, AC supply.Air flow/per IDU-800 cfm (Make: Mitsubishi/Hitachi/O'General)

Installation, testing & commissioning of 2 Tr indoor and outdoor units of FS HAT type wired PAC Concealed Split Air Conditioner connecting chord with plug top confirming to IS1391 (Part-I & Part-II) with all amendments with suitable sized fastners including outdoor wall mounting bracket, incl Gas charge as required with complete with all accessories inclusive of drilling of wall for making holes and mending good the damages as per direction of E.I.C.

SITC including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen of testing of following nominal size of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerent piping for RAC system, complete with fittings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XLPE class -O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for suction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required. i) 5/8" (15.8 mm.) dia (Soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard BS864 or ANSIB 16.22) mm incl. 19mm thick insulation. (Note:Cutting the wall and mending the good original finish)

Supply and laying of Drain Water piping work out of PVC / HDPE hard pipes of following sizes incl. fitting, accessories, bends, elbows, tees, flanges, tapings, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, anchors. a) 25 mm dia

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (CCurve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & fixing of 240V, 25 A, 3 pin plug top with indicator (Cat. No. P9151) and necessary Connections [Make: North- West./Legrand/L-K]

Supply & fixing of 240V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR'PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20/32 mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR'(Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. i) 2.5sqmm

Supply and fixing of of Single-Phase single timer for controlling 1 No. single-ph AC M/C(concealed split) of size 2/3 Tr. Consisting of the following: a) 10 way SPN DB-1 No.-Double Door(Make:L&T/ Simence), b) Astronomical Timer, 0-999hrs (Make: L&T), c) DP MCB 250V/32A-1No.(Make: L&T), d) 3-pole power contactor of required rating-1No.(Make: L&T) , e) DB Locking arrangement must be there f) Push Bottom ON/OFF switch individual outer side of DB (There must be bypass mechanism and indication for ON/OFF by indicating Lamp of the AC m/c unit attached to it.
