Painting & Finishing Work

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer of two coats

4 Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats)

Dismantling carefully vitrified tiles, marble, kota stone, glazed/ceramic tiles, in flooring, steps, risers, dado skirting etc laid in cement mortar including stacking serviceable materials at site as per direction and disposal of unserviceable material from work site including mending good tod amaes to match with adjacent surface complete with all labour & materials at all floors.

Patch repairing to plaster surface with cement mortar (1:4) including providing necessary materials, cleaning surface, necessary scaffolding and curing complete with all labour and materials at any level and floor.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm

each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter hannels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long,

the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c,

including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with :

a) 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum fire resistant board conforming to IS: 2095- Part I

Providing and fixing suspended ceiling with designer tiles board of 610 mm x 610 mm grid system with 6 mm thick HPSC (High Pressure Steam Cured) non-asbestos fibre cement multipurpose board as per IS 14862. Frame work made of GI 38 x 24 mm main runner, cross tee of 29 x 24 mm and wall angle 24 x 24 mm with perimeter of ceiling screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610 mm centre. The frame suspended from ceiling with 6 mm GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash fasteners with alignment clip. The rate should include for providing additional members of frame work for the portion of light fittings. AC grills and any other openings as required all complete as per drawing and directions with all labour and materials.

Supplying and fixing in position approved quality vertical blinds made with 100 mm wide approved quality made and shade imported fabrics assembled on top aluminium frame (33 mm x 28 mm x 1.2 mm) with powder coated (approx 50 micron) with high quality nylon runners with auto clutch mechanism, stainless steel master runners, stainless steel fitter chains and PVC end covers.

The bottom end of the fabrics are suspended with a weight which are to be connected by link chains. All complete as per manufacturer's specifications. Rate should include 3" overlapping of fabrics beyond the window/curtain wall opening all complete as per direction with all labour and materials (Measurement to be made on the opening size) (basic price @ Rs.650.00 - Rs.700.00 per sqm).

Modular Work

Full Height Partition

Supplying, fabricating and erecting full height (i.e upto soffit of ceiling, beam and A.c bulk head ceiling) partition 65 to 75 mm thick of modular grid system of approved make consisting of C.R.C.A frame work with powder coated (40-50 micron) fitted and fixed in position as per drawing and direction including providing height adjuster below ceiling/floor. Allow for cutting chase to wall and floors and mending good damages. Frame are to be fitted with masonry/RCC surface by means of approved metal (brass) expansion fastener. The rate should include for providing minimum 120-130 mm box type wire management just above/below the table top as wellas at skirting level suitable provision for fixing switch board and socket, outlet as per requirement for powerline & Data/Tele lines along the base and at the table

height as specified. The skirting will be fabricated out of 20 SWG M.S.Sheet.The skirting will be approachable from both sides and will have channels for adjustment for floors. Box type race way can be provided at table height as per requirement. Panels of partitions are to be fitted by using aluminium profiles and PVC extrusions are used as trimmings.

All metal sections, fabricated M.S components and aluminium profiles are finished in 40 to 50 micron epoxy powder coating of approved shade.

The rate should be including for making provision of slots as per site requirement in vertical member for cantilevered accessories like overhead storage, work top etc. All complete as per drawing and directions with all labour and materials. Only few vertical members will go above false ceiling and will be jointed under the main ceiling/beam of bottom.

i) Partition facia fabricated with minimum 8 mm th prelaminated MDF board of approved shade on both sides of the frame work fitted with connectors. All complete as per drawing and directions.

ii) Partitions facia finished with single glass of minimum 5 mm thick toughened glass of approved make fixed to the partition frame fitted with powder coated aluminium extruded section all complete as per drawing & direction.

Low Height Partition

Supplying, fabricating and erecting low height partition 65 to 75 mm thick of modular grid system of approved make consisting of minimum

1.2 mm thick CRCA frame work with powder coated (40-50 micron) fitted and fixed in position as per drawing and direction including providing height adjuster below ceiling/floor. Allow for cutting chases to wall and floors and mending good damages. Frame are to be fitted with masonry/RCC surface by means of approved metal (brass) expansion fastener. The rate should include for providing minimum 120 - 130 mm wide box type wire management just above/below the table top as well as skirting level for wire management system, to be fabricated with CRCA sheet of minimum 0.8 mm thick finished with powder coated 40 to 50 micron suitable provision for switch board and sockets outlets as per requirements for power line and Data/Tele lines along the base and at the table height as specified.

Providing and fixing door shutter / door jamb will be made out of 20 SWG M.S sheet. The shutter are to be finished with minimum 8 mm thick prelaminated MDF board on both sides of the frame work fitted with connector and with a vision panel (150 mm x 450 mm of 5 mm thick glass) All the panels are to be fitted by using aluminium profiles and PVC extrusions are used as trimmings.

All MS components and aluminium profile are finished by 40-50 microns epoxy powder coating.

i) The shutter will be fixed on Pivot hinges duly powder coated and will have door closures, handles and locking arrangement all inclusive of approved quality as per drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge or similar to existing shutter.

Work Station

Supplying and fixing of approved make minimum 25 mm thick work top with minimum 0.7 mm thick high pressed post form laminate of approved shade and quality top, bottom and sides. All the edges will be chamfered and finished with PVC lipping of 1.2 / 2.0 mm thickness. The frame will have the necessary provisions for suspending drawer units and fixing of sides or 25 mm thick post form laminated board without frame work. The workstation should be fitted with cantilevered brackets to tables and attached to the partition frame work.

The keyboard trays shall be minimum 500 wide of 18 gauge mild steel body with anti rust treatment. This shall be finished in 50 micron powder coated in epoxy paint. The key board trays shall be fixed below table top with necessary hardware for easy sliding. The CPU trolley of size 240 x 240 x 245 mm having adjustable width and lockable castors made of 18 gauge thick steel sheet with powder coating of 50 micron. Modesty panels, board side gable end wherever necessary will be fabricated out of minimum 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board.

All board components tops, sides etc are finished with laminate and all the edges chamfered at 45 degree. The rate should include necessary approved hardware fittings for fixing the table top, modesty panels, side board etc including making

hole on the table top for connecting the wires, the hole to be covered with dark coloured PVC insert (wire manager) with movable part to put wires and socket and neatly cover the hole. All complete as per drawing and direction with all labour and materials.

Main work top 1250 x 1205 x 600 x 475 mm. All complete as per drawing.

Main worktop 1500 mm x 750 mm and return work top 650 mm x 450 mm all complete as per drawing.

Supplying, making and fixing wall mounted suspended filing cabinet 400 mm deep and 450 mm high with openable shutters. The cabinet top, bottom, shelf and sides made of 18 mm thick PF bonded MDF board of approved make and shutters made of 12 mm thick phenol formaldehyde bonded MDF board and 8 mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved make at back.

i) Fixing of the cabinet would be done by powder coated M.S cleat with necessary accessories.

The rate should include necessary approved quality hardware fittings required for the purpose like suspending clip, bracket, cabinet lock, handle, stainless steel tower bolt, stainless steel hinges, ball catchers etc. The item is to be completed in all respects as per drawing and direction with all labour and materials to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Floor Cabinet

Supplying credenza unit of approved make top 25 mmbottom and side made of minimum 18 mm thick phenol formaldehyde bonded post form laminated MDF board of approved shade and quality and the shutter of 12 mm thick preliminated MDF board of approved shade & quality and back with 8 mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade and quality.

All metal components should be finished with black epoxy powder coating of 40-50 micron (approx). Rate should include necessary approved hardware fittings of approved quality complete as per drawing and direction with all labour and materials.

375/450 mm wide 1200 mm high with 2 Nos adjustable shelf.

Supplying mobile drawer unit of approved make, the facia, made of minimum 18 mm thick MDF Board with minimum 0.7 mm thick post form lamination of approved shade and quality. The top and sides made of minimum 18 mm thick PF bonded MDF board and the back will be made of minimum 8 mm thick PF bonded MDF board of approved shade and quality.

The drawers are fabricated out of MS sheets and assembled with drawer, runners for smooth operation. A single central locking system of approved quality to be provided. All metal components will be finished in black epoxy powder coating of 40-50 micron (approx). Rate should be including necessary approved quality hardware fittings. All complete as per drawing and direction with all labour and materials.

Mid back Chairs for Faculties --Providing and placing at site ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000, BIFMA Certified chair model Bravo mid Back or simillar .The seat and back shall be made up of 1.2 ±0.1cm. thick hot-pressed plywood measured as per QA method described in OCP-QLTA-P14-18 and upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. The back foam shall be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The seat shall be extra thick foam on front edge to give comfort to popliteal area. The dimensions of back shall be 47.5 cm(W) x 58.0 cm(H) and of seat shall be 47.0 cm (W) x 48.0 cm (D). The HR polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density= 45±2 kg/m3 and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf as. per IS:7888 for 25% compression. The one-piece armrests shall be injection moulded from black Co.polymer Polypropylene. The mechanism shall be designed with 360° revolving type, Upright-position locking, Tilt tension adjustment, Seat/back tilting ratio of 1:3. Supply & placement of Reading chair model CH 1018 from ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000, BIFMA & GREENGUARD Certified ManufacturersThe seat and back shall be made from 1.0±0.1cm. thk. hot pressed moisture resistant, commercial plywood measured as per QA method described in OCP QLTA-P14-18 and shall be upholstered with P.U. foam and fabric. The dimensions of Back shall be 42.0cm. (W) X 26.5cm. (H) and of seat shall be 42.0cm (W) X 42.0cm (D). The HR Polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density =45+/-2 .kg/m3 and Hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression.

Hot pressed plywood and upholstered with fabric and moulded Polyurethane foam together with seat and back covers. The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort .*Seat Size: 45.0cm(W) x 42.0cm. (D)*Back Size: 40.0cm(W) x 47.0cm.(H)2. Seat / Back Covers: The seat and back covers are injection moulded in black Co-polymer Polypropylene.3. Point Wiring

Supplying and carrying wiring for light, fan and dependent socket points by using 16 SWG MS/PVC conduits with threaded joints of required dia as per IS 732, MS/PVC conduit accessories, MS/PVC flexible conduit with couplers for drops with accessories, 2 x 1.5 + 1 x 1.5 sq mm, 1100V grade FRLS PVC insulated copper wires approved 6A modular type switches and sockets with plates and all accessories for fixing in modular furniture, GI/PVC boxes and other point wiring accessories and carrying out surface/concealed conduit system of wiring as per requirement with all wiring materials. Conduits shall run on surface of the ceiling above false ceiling and concealed in wall by cutting chase in wall and mending good of all the damages. All points shall be earthed with 1.5 sq mm FRLS flexible copper wire. Wires shall be terminated at light fixtures with ferrules, 16A, 4 way connector, wire ends shall not be kept loose/bare. The rate shall also include all accessories of MS/PVC conduits, etc, necessary civil works for embedding conduits and boxes below false ceiling, wherever applicable.

AC Commissioning of the Module No. 205 by taking temperature both dry bulb and wet bulb by cyclo meter, air balancing on running condition by Animometer on presense of EIC.

SITC of 24 G sheet metal work (SAIL / TATA) along with 25 mm fibre glass thermal insulation complete.
