Removal of old white wash/colour wash by thoroughly scrapping using wire brush & other suitable tools and tackles, sand papering the entire wall surface completely exposing the bare wall, cleaning with fibre broom and washing entire surface with water, preparing the surface even and smooth at all height including necessary necessary scaffolding etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Applying primming coat with with water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content on exterior and interior wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre at all height by making necessary scaffolding arrangements complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying two or more coats of Exterior grade acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of Asian Paints (Apex Ultima) / Berger paints (Weathercoat Longlife Flexo) with approved shade over old external plastered / Concrete/ stone cladding surfaces etc applied @ not less than 1.43 ltr/10 sqm or as per the manufacturer specifications including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour including preparing the surface by removal of loose old paint, black spots, algae mats etc by thoroughly scrapping the entire surface using wire brush & other suitable tools and tackles, sand papering, preparing the surface even and smooth, washing the entire surface with water to attain a clean surface, filling of holes, cracks & crevices by providing crack filling compound of Birla/JK or equivalant wherever required as per the manufacturer's specifications at all heights and locations up to 15 m height by providing & erecting required scaffolding for complete work & removing splashing and dropping from all locations complete as per the specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of Asian Paints (Apcolite Premium Gloss Enamel) or equivalant confirming to IS 2932 on old & new plaster / stone cladding / concrete / kerb stone / wooden / steel surfaces etc of required colour and shade, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including preparing surfaces by scrapping, filling with putty wherever required & cleaning etc. with necessary arrangement of scaffolding etc complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying white cement based Putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth at all height complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Repairs to plaster with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches or in reqired portion as directed by engineer including cutting the required portion in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete at all height, including providing necessary scaffolding, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 2 KM lead etc. complete as per the specification and as directed by EIC.

Distempering two or more coats of 1st quality acrylic washable distemper of Asian paints / Berger brand of required shade and colour including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour, including prepartion of surface by sand papering for removing loose scales, fungus, water marks, depressions, providing and erecting scaffolding, filling the unever surfaces, nail holes with J K or eqivailant make wall putty, making the surface smooth and even etc. complete as per manufacturer’s specification, cleaning of distemper splashings and droppings from all places etc. complete and as directred by the Engineer.
