Repairs to 630 Amp ACB two no’s of lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora- I by way of disconnecting the pvc cables of the starter from the ACB, opening nuts & bolts then remove it from panel & shifted it to working place with the help of skilled labour, then overhaul ACB at site by way of p/f of new moving and fixed contact points, main spring and shunt release, repair to handle & other allied parts which needs repairment, after proper repairs fitted it back to panel tighting nuts & bolts, & tested it on full load after connecting connections properly with the help of skilled labour. The job also includes the charge for fabrication of new pump motor coupling out of SS-410 solid shaft as per the sample unit no.03 of lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn Zogiyar. The job also includes the charge of machining process like boring, turning finishing etc for the completion of work. The job also includes fitting of the new fabricated coupling into the pump motor unit at site and testing of the same on full load for at least one complete coming irrigation season. The job also includes shifting of the damaged coupling after retrieving at site from pump motor the unit to workshop to serve as a sample. The job also includes the charge for p/f of M-oil 07 litre for lift irrigation scheme Seer. The job also includes the charge for replacement of damaged bush rod/bush cup with new one’s of three phases of 300KVA voltage stabilizer of lift irrigation scheme Manzgam & topping it with fresh T-oil 15 litre for the completion of work.

Providing and fitting of 100Amp copper thimbles for lift irrigation scheme Zalkhai. The job includes the charge of hydrullic crippling tool, skilled labour, other tools & tackles for the completion of work.
