Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. Supply and fixing 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs MCB SPN 40 Amp 240 volt complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs MCB single pole 6 to 32 Amp 240 Volt 'B' curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs MCCB Triple pole and neutral 100 Amps 415 Volt curve 10 KA complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix flush sheet metal enclosure SPN DB 8 way with double door IP-42 protection detachable gland plates, flush mounting for MCB fitted with bus bar , earth bar and neutral links complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix TPN DB -VTPN DB 4 way with provn of MCCB 160 Amps , 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire AC 50 Hz having aluminium Bas Bar phase and the neutral insulated with PVC sleeves, connected with appropriate size copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete including taking out old unsv and replace with galvanised steel earth plate 600x600x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate using 4 mm dia GI wire as earth wire electrode moulded and rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to main switch/ control switches of buildings at another end, GI earth wire encased in and including 15 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto main switch board of building including 20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber and including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber and MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm and RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully service connections of any description from pole, wall or service brackets etc including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified.

Supply and laying & testing UG cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm, 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in Soft/loose soil for laying of LT UG cables/base for Pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning laid in trenches for laying of LT UG cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Modular bricks common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation-75 for LT UG cable protection complete all as spd and directed.

S&F GI tubes light grade of dia 80 mm with all fitting and fixed complete for protection of LT UG Cables laid to walls or in floors or along with poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Notes:- Tenderers may note that amount as given in schedule of credit will be deducted from the total amount to worked out the net contract sum at the time of Acceptance of tender.
