Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead all complete as per directions of EIC.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

Providing & fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) along with "S" or "P" trap including dismantling of old WC seat and "S" or "P" trap at site complete with all operations including all necessary materials, labour and disposal of dismantled material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings andfixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :

Providing and replacement of unservicable floor trap for making leakproof including cutting and making good floors/walls etc. by replacing PVC/ china vitreous trap with cement mortar 1:3 with neat cement after taking out grating from floor including demolishing of C.C. work and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials to municipal dumps.

Providing Sewerman as and when required for attending day to day complaints of drainage and sewerage works such as removal of choking of sewerline,gully traps and manholes of the quarters / buildings i/c cost of bamboo, phawra etc. (inclusive of cost of all T&P for attending the work shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid.)

Providing Plumber as and when required for attending day to day complaints of plumbing, sanitary installations, water supply fittings and related works complete excluding the cost of material except washers,nails,clamps,screws, M- seal, taplon tap , drill machine , bit etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and paid under sub head of 'supply of material' of the agreement.

Providing Carpenter as and when required for attending day to day complaints of repair of wooden doors and windows etc. and related works complete excluding the cost of material except nails,clamps,screws, drill machine , bit etc. tools required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and paid under sub head of 'supply of material' of the agreement.

Providing Beldar as and when required for attending day to day maintenance job for carpentry,plumbing job and for other miscellaneous works such as cleaning the colonies compound, roof etc. including the cost of ledder, tagari, phawra etc.for all jobs in one working day.

P/ F red sand stone manhole cover/OH tank slab of approx. size 0.60 x0.90 m and 30 to 45 mm thick i/c cost of cutting in size, transportation and wastage etc.

welding in M.S. sections in existing window / door frames or other M.S.section at site and replacing all broken aldrop, nukka, handle, hinges etc. as per requirement by welding for smooth operation i/c repair by cement mortar if requried and transportation of welding machine and labour etc. complete upto all lifts and leads irrespective of floor height at all floor levels.( Mode of measurement will be one job means one complete window/door or part etc. )

Repair of wooden door

Replacing of blocked SCI trap 100mm inlet and 75mm outlet under floor for wash basin trap, bath room trap, including dismantling of floor, making hole in wall, taking out SCI trap and making good the floor and walls and disposal of malba etc. all complete.

Uprooting the plants of any grith ground , terrace, mumty& chajja etc. at any floor level of Telecom buildings / Staff quarters and poured H2 SO4 in required quantity to destroyed the plant and repair the surface by Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of wire gauged steel windows by cutting existing broken/ faulty wire gauge i/c M. S flat by weld machine at site and P/ F new wire gauge and M. S flat 20 x 5 mm by welding in existing window frame etc. for the panel size 0.45 m x 1.16 m approx size as a job.
