M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered incl removing cornices, pilasters by brooming down to remove all dust, dirt and all loose scales and other foreign matter and smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt, oil & grease spots by steel wire brushes or steel scrapers, etc and applying one coat of white wash to walls to obtain uniform surface including making good the surface complete all as specified and directed.
