SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I Cleaning of Septic tanks including inlet, outlet chambers any size (length, width and depth) taking out the sludge manually or mechanically and removing the waste material to distance exc 250 mtr but n.exc. 500 mtr and burying the same in a pit (Including excavating pit) and covering the sludge/pit with soil, complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Cleaning of manholes of any size (Length, width and depth) Including taking out sludge and other materials if any and removing sludges to a place exc. 50 mtr but n.exc. 250 mtr and burying the same in a pit (Including excavating pit) and covering the sludge/pit with soil, complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Dewatering septic tank/soakage well of any description and any capacity by pumping fluid with sewage cleaning pump and collect the same in water tight container and dispose off to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities and taking out sludge and other foreign materials including cutting of vegetable growth/shurbs/hurbs etc upto 3.00mtr from outer edge of walls of soakage well/pit complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities in covered van/trolly complete all as directed. Note for item No 1 to 3: The cost of digging the borrow pits, of required size for burying the sludge in the borrow pits and further filled with earth after the sludge got dry, are included in unit rate of this item, complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Cleaning/ Clearance of any obstructions/blockages WC/EWC by removing all sludge/ waste etc and cleaning of connected pipe upto 1st manhole and washing down with water complete and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities land in covered van/trolly and making smooth flow of sewage water, complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Cleaning/ Clearance of blocked kitchen, bathroom, WHB from nahani/floor trap to gully trap/1st manhole and removing sludge/foregin materials from manholes and making drain full functional by flushing water to entire and removing all spoil, silt, sludge, grass and other deposits etc to garbage dumping yard as specified by station authorities land in covered van/trolly, complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Cleaning of soil waste pipe including inspection eye and roading from manhole to manhole and removing sludge/foreign materials from manholes completely and making smooth flow of sewage water of 100mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

All as per item No. 6 here in above but for 150mm dia of pipe.

Punching sewage line any dia and removing the blockage and sealing/ making good with cement mortar (1:3)/ PCC M-15, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate; as required including earth work in any type of soil and any depth, returning filling in and remming, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls of bore 110mm, including taking out old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls of bore 75mm, including taking out old pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, dia of outlet 75mm, fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110mm bore with ovel access door, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) reducer 110mm, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, ‘Orrisa pattern’ size 580 mm x 440 mm, crystal white, with PVC ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, integral foot rest with provision of plain cement concrete M-15, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified, (excluding flushing cistern flushing pipe), fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Jointing only cast iron pipes for 75mm dia, in repairs, with cement joints, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50 metre wide & n exc 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil for sewage pipe line and manhole, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC, PVC or RCC pipes) 150mm dia and removal of demolished materials from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC pipe for sewage system bore of 150mm, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fly ash brick work with old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), as in manhole, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or stone surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement M-15 nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc.), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.50 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto including 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, type D-2, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in floor of manhole/chamber etc., 100mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150mm dia, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of leaves, debris any other materials from blocked PGI gutter and PVC pipes of Md/OTM Accn at any height, complete all as specified and directed.
