Supply of Slim Type Edge lit guidance sign boards having various sizes (as per ICAO standard) made of reinforced 2mm thick anodized aluminium profile with suitable angle support with 1.5mm thick aluminum back cover. Signage sheet shall be 2mm thick, long life imported onon-specular surface polycarbonate and the letters & symbols made out form 3M film pasted from inside with required. coloring for mandatory / information guidance sign. Suitable solid state circuit and mechanism shall be made to function of CCR circuits. Suitable arrangment shall be made for IP 67 water proof protection. Sign boards shall be informly internally illuminated with IP 67 grade LEDs and 4mm thick light guide panels to achieve required even illumination level, operated on input sources of 2.5Amps to 6.6Amps constant current its supporting frangible legs, base frame etc., complete as per latest ICAO/FAA requirment specification.

Installation, testing and commissioning of operational guidance /mandatory signages of various sizes at various location at operational area of Airport. The signages should be installed in 1:2:4 grade cement concrete of 400X400X500mm (for legs) and a total base of 150mm thick which extends all around the board with the distance of 1500mm (front, back and both sides). The concrete base and leg foundation should be on the same level and 20-25mm above the ground level etc., complete as required as per the Annexure 14.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm Dia (outer dia) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 5 KV/1.1KV grade of Upto 35 Sqmm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV/5 KVgrade of Upto 35 Sqmm in the existing masonry open duct as required

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed I XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on cable tray as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (Make: As per AAI list of approved makes)

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type MIRL on the existing transformer housing boxes including, installation of transformers, lens, filters, lamps and other accessories alignment, levelling and making secondary lead connections to transformer & fittings earth connections etc. complete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width, and lift upto 1.5mtr, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50mtrs.

Supply and fixing of outdoor type weather proof, vermin proof, sintex junction box of size 350 X 250 X 150mm (outer dimension) generally confirming to IP-55 alongwith GI pipe, anchor bolts, frangible coupling, including civil works (foundation), grouting, sign writing and painting etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ sub main wiring/ cable as required.

Supply, Installation of 1mtr GI pole of 40mm dia with the Frangible legs on concrete base with suitable bolts etc., as required and mounting arrangements for the installation of 100W-120W LED flood light for the isolation bay including supply and installation of out door type weather proof sintex box IP 55 of size outer dimension 280X180X60mm with 6Amps, SP MCB, and 20Amps 4way connector.

Modification of existing ALCMS for incorporating the additional apron flood light controls and additional CCR's etc., complete as required

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 4.0 Core X 25 Sq.mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required (Make: As per AAI list of approved makes)
