Provision for Earth work/ Scientific clearance of surround the structure including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 100 m.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (Cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure upto 25 metre height above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube placed 1.5 metre centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joint with cup and lock system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintainin g it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and / or pointing and of shall be stiffened with bracing, runners connecting wiith the building etc wherever required if feasible for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety feagtures for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note- 1- The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose 2- The payment will be made once only for executions of all items for such works

Resetting and Restoration of damaged, decayed and worn out and missing composite masonry of Special size Brick ( 18 cmx 15 cm x 5 cm) using 40 % old and 60% new and R.R. Stone structure members 40% old and 60% new using with lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1 (1 lime putty : 1 surkhi: 1 sand) matching with existing structure including cost of labours, Material, T&P curing etc complete.

Taking out the damaged, decayed and worn out special size of brick masonry structure very carefully layer by layer without damaging the adjacent structural member including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of debries including cost of labour T&P etc complete.

Provision for Grouting, saturating and consolidating the inner core of the composite masonry, Special Size brick & Stone masonry after proper cleaning the surface though the both gravitational & mechanical force with the help of liquid lime mortar proportion in 1:1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty: 1 Surkhi: 1 sand : 1 aggregate 10 mm to 20 mm) including stitching the cracks, cost of materials, labour and T& P etc
