2ND YEAR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) FOR PSA BASED MEDICAL OXYGEN PLANT INSTALLED AT SUB-DIVISIONAL HOSPITAL, TEGHRA, BIHAR DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK 1. SERVICE ENNGINEER SHALL VISIT THE SITE AT LEAST ONCE IN THREE MONTHS FOR CHECKING, CLEANING, SERVICING AND REFINEMENT OF PLANT COMPONENTS. THE AGENCY SHALL ALSO GIVE THEIR RECOMMENDATION REGARDING PART / COMPONENT CONDITION FOR SMOOTH FUNCTIOING OF OXYGNE PLANT AFTER EVERY VISIT. 2. THE AGENCY SHALL DEPUTED SERVICE ENGINEER FOR ATTENDING ANY BREAK DOWN / DETORIATED PERFORMANCE OF OXYGEN PLANT WIHTIN 02 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF INTIMATION BY ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE / SITE-IN-CHARGE. 3. THE AGENCY SHALL ALSO ARRANGE FOR REPAIRING OF ANY PART / COMPOENT, IF REPAIR IS POSSIBLE. IN CASE PART IS REQUIRED TO TAKEN TO M/S MED FRESHE WORKS FOR REPAIR, IOCL WILL ARRANGE FOR TO & FRO TRANSPORATION. THE AGENCY SHALL REPAIR THE PART / COMPONENT WITHIN THE QUOTED RATED. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. IOCL WILL PROVIDED ALL NEW SPARE ITEMS & CONSUMABLES TO THE AGENCY AS PER REQUIREMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF PLANT. HOWEVER, SITE ENGINEER SHALL GIVE SUCH REQUIRMENT AFTER EVERY QUARTERLY VISIT BASED ON PRESENT CONDITION OF PLANT. 2.EXPENSES RELATED TO VISIT OF SITE ENGINEER LIKE TO & FRO TRAVEL, LOCAL CONVEYANCE, HOTEL CHARGES OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL CHARGES SHALL BE BORNE BY THE AGENCY AND ARE CONSIDERED AS INCLUSIVE IN AMC CHARGES. Detailed scope of work:Services covered by the contract charges are as follows:1)Four (4) periodical visits (once in three months)per year during the period of contract.The equipment will be thoroughly checked,serviced and adjusted.2)Any additional visit during the contract period as and when requiredin the event of any breakdown of the equipment on the intimation in this regard by IOCL.3) All spare items and consumables required during the AMC period will be provided by IOCL .4)To & fro transportation, local conveyance, lodging, boarding of themanpower deployed by the vendor for site visit are in the scope of the vendor.5)Service engineer should report at site within 2 days from the date of intimation from E-I-C.
