Dismantling the existing False Ceiling for under deck insulation work with cross linked polythene XLPE with single side aluminum foil and fitting fixing and commissioning of False Ceiling in the existing position with available dismantled usable board & accessories and new requirement at Kasturi Das Memorial Super Specialty Hospital at Santoshpur G.S Colony under ward no-16 under Maheshtala Municipaliy

Dismantling the existing False Ceiling for under deck insulation work from the specific position of 1st & 2nd floor and stacking the usable boards and accessories at site and remove the damaged materials from site for site clearance as per instruction consultant / EIC

Supply & installation of cross linked polythene XLPE with single side Aluminium Foil of BMM thickness, moisture retandant,anti microbial treatment at RCC slab for under deck insulation process should include all necessary accessories like adhesive. Make (a) Aerolaun XLPE (b) Pidilite SR-998 adhesive. The work will be completed in all respect including all materials and Labours as per instruction of Consultant / EIC.

Labour charges for fitting and fixing the existing usable Aluminium channels with necessary hand wave fitting as required and complete in proper line and level as per architectural drawing and instruction of Consultant / EIC.

Labour charges for fitting, fixing of the existing usable Mineral Fibre Board

P&F of Flat false ceiling in 12 mm thick India Gypsum or equivalent Gypboard, with AL perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thick (having one flange of 20 mm & another flange of 30 mm and a web of 270 mm), AL intermediate channels of size 45 mm (0.9mm thick to flanges of 15 mm each), AL cleat and steel expansion fasteners, ceiling section of 0.55 thickness haviing with the help of connecting clip, 12.5 mm tapered edge Gypboard (confirming to IS 2095-1996: part-1)25 mm drywall screws etc necessary hardware fittings as required, after fixing the Gypboard, the joints to be filled with joining compound, joint paper, tape and two coats of drywall tape coat suitable Gypboard (as per recomended practics of BPB India Gypsum) to gain smooth surface of the ceiling, including all necessary provision making & cutting for light fixtures, AC grills,diffusers, speakers, etc. Complete in paper line & level as per architectural detail drawing & Site Engineer's instruction. (All AL perimeter, channels, - should be Gypsteel India make & Gypboard - India Gypsum or equivalent make)
