Removing excavated material not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover (For HT Cable Only), Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250x150x40mm to U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exc. 10mm over UG cable for cable protection in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying retrieved PCC cover , during the excavation for the replacement of fault cable (For HT Cable Only), laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over UG cable for cable protection in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting existing road/hardstand of any type by using crow bar chisel upto a depth of 30 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out of HT cable 95 to185 Sqmm 3 core of any size from ground or poles etc and testing for serviceability and kept aside for reuse incl proper rolling, loading unloading, transportation etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earth work for the same shall be measured and paid separately.

Laying only HT Cables in ground including unrolling, unloading, transportation etc testing connections complete all as specified and directed. (a) Existing serviceable cable 95 to185 Sqmm 3 core in ground retrieved against item No 18. (b) Cables issued on Sch 'B' from store through Gate Pass/store Indent

(b) Applying petroleum jelly to the moving as well as fixed contacts (c) Tightening all the connection for its smooth functioning (d) Preparing old painted surface of this structure such as poles, cross arms, bracing supports, clamp and back plate complete painting of two coats of anti corrosive weather proof heat resistant aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and providing Red/Yellow and Black paint including writing SM/MES NO or all other direction/marker/ code etc. with grey/black paint on boards etc. not less then 40mm height & 10mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note: No extra payment will made for the spares required to keep the yard structure in satisfactory functional throughout contract period other than given in schedule for once in 3 month.

S&F in replacement following equipment/electrical parts of MRS Yard 33KV Substation all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge (a) ACSR conductor sleeves insulated HT 33 KV(Panther/Dog) as per sample should be collected from MCM/JE E&M - 300 Mtr (b) Clamping N Connector - 50 Nos (c) Clamping T Connector - 50 Nos (d) Nuts, Bolts, washer - As per site requirement

(Purchase voucher and Test certificate to be subitted)

Supply & filling the new transformer oil of rupturing capacity 50KV for 60 Sec for topping up to required level of transformer complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable cross arms and M&L for cross arms, bracing, supports clamps back plates, gantry bay structure etc fabricated from structural steel section such as suitable I section channel ISMC angle iron and flat iron GI nut, bolt & Washers with welding, cutting, drilling hole etc for insulator bolts clamps in any shape and size including one coat of red oxide and two coats of epoxy heat resistant paint all complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing steel poles/ struts, any size carefully for reuse including necessary excavation demolition of concrete shifting cost etc. and removing the old unserviceable rubbish etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only of steel poles of any length and dia retrieved against respective item of demolition/dismantling including loading, shifting unloading erection in true vertical position complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (a) All the installation yards/area shall be kept clean throughout contract period by repeatedly removing the grass / shrubs as many times required depending on the growth of grass (b) measurement will be measured & paid time to time whenever requested by the Engr-in-Charge as per growth of grass/shurbs/creapers and any event/inspection/visit of high official.

Note: (i) If any major repair is required, attending complaints and replacement of any nature in LT Power network at any point and time, the items shall be replaced and paid seperately under relevant item of sch 'A' (ii) Tools, ladder, vehicle required to carry out the work shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) Contractor will ensure the safety of the workers employed at his own risk. (iv) Contractor shall provided Skilled ITI Electrician and Produce the Certificate before the commencment of work. (v) Contractor should ensure to rendering completion of all attended complaints to respective JEs/Engr-in Charge as day to day basis .

M&L for replacement of old U/S CCTV camera system at MRS GarhiCant with following equipmets and accessories ; (a) DVR (b) 10 Nos of Camera (c) UPS suitable capacity (d) LED TV32 of Make Samsung, LG, Sony (e) Wire for connection of camera and DVR - 300 mtr (f) Software should be enable with Mobile application , including wifi connection all complete all as specified. Note :- (i) Wifi conecction of reputed company with sufficient speed and data to be provide by the contractor and monthly paid bill should be sumitted to to this office before 5th day every month. (ii) Wifi subscription to be paid the contractor till the final of said contract. (ii) The contractor should install the CCTV and all connected job within 10 days from date work order.

M&L for fault detection in UG HT cable of any size or type at any depth with fault locator including material T&P required for the same and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Joint, excavation laying only of cable shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Each fault shall be treated as one job and contractor have to address the said fault immediately.

M&L for attending fault/ breakdown in Over Head line /Breaking UG Cable due to any reason like falling of tree branches, Bird hits, Cracking of Pin/ Disc insulator, breaking Over Head conductor complete including patrolling of LT line, Meggering, removing of fault, replacement of insulator any type, replacement of fuses and restoring the feeder complete all as specified and directed for following areas :- Notes : (i) All T&P & Man Power required to complete job is included in unit rate. (ii) Unit rates also included the conveyance & communication facilities required to complete the job. Note :- (a) Complaints slip Book will issue from the deparment and all the complaint will written the slip and to be submitted to the office at the time RAR/Bill and dor audit purpose. (b) Comlaint slip should be entered the nature of complaints and materials used and quantity of material which all are utilised for rectifying the complaint to be mentioned properly. (c) Complaint slip should signed by MCM/JE E&M and obtain user signatures on completion of job. (d) All the Complaint will be entered complaint slip and slip number should be entered on measurement book MB for RAR/Bill payment.

(b) Inspection of transformer to be carried out before lifting the transformer and signature to be obtainted from Contractor , JE E&M, and Engr-in Chage as per inspection report. (c) Transformer oil to be drained out and kept with MES store yard/MRS before despatch to the company (d) Transformer should be rewinded through authorised dealer of manufacturer company and authorisation certificate and bills of cost of rewinding to be submitted before payment. (e) Contractor should be applied throough letter "before & after inspection" at the factory and copper/ alluminium winding should be cut/break and necessary photograph tob obtained. (f) Contrator and inspecting officer mentioned the quantity/weight of old copper/alluminuim winding on the inspection note. (g) Test certificate, Warranty certificate, Copy of Job order to be submitted before payment. (h) New oil as per to be fill up on tranformer and quantiy to be measured and paid seperately on relevant item. (j) The dielectric strength transformer oil shall not be less than 50 KV. (k) All the unserviceable and retrieved parts of transformer during the winding , shall be procuced at MRS Garhi Cantt and issued to contractor as schedule credit through issue voucher and gate pass the number IV & Gate pass number shall be entered on th MB.

M&L for under ground pneumatic horizontal drilling of holes (HDD) under road , more than 110 mm dia, pavement, hard standing as required length at site by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique with necessary horizontal direction drilling machine . The contractor shall be conduct under ground scanning to detect existing HT/LT cable line , sewage line, OFC Cable etc to avoid damage. The entry/exist hole must be large enough to fit the drilling tool and the operator in it so they can aim the tool. The hole also must be deep enough that as the tool compacts the ground and the surface to be remain undisturbed. The depth of the starting bore pit depends on the type of the soil that is being worked in and how well it compacts. The operator shall aim the tool to the desire exit point and allow it to perform it function creating a bore hole under the ground without disturbing surfaces. The operator also should monitor the surface to make sure that, it is undisturbed. As the tool near to the exit point it is slowed down and the exit pit should be dug to locate both the tool and the bore. As the tool enters the exit pit the operator should choose either dig up the tool to retrieve it or reverses the tool back into the first bore pit to retrieve it including connected earth work, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Drilling should be executed at various places as directed by Engr-in-Charge
