Complete rewinding and repairing work of 2.5 MVA ONAN type Transformer, Volts at No load - 33000/3450V, Amperes - 43.7/418 A, 3 Ph, 50 Hz, Core and windings weight - 3200 kg, Weight of oil - 1600 kg/1850 Ltr, total weight - 7500 kg (make - Crompton Greaves) i) Charges for detanking & opening the assembly of core and windings from tank and dismanlting of HV and LV coils. ii) Charges for rewinding and re insulation of all HV & LV coils of the transformer with supply of new copper wire/strip of similar size, design and insulation. iii) Reassembly of HV and LV coils and cores after rewinding with new copper winding wires. iv) Baking of core and coil assembly, box up the same with replacement of gaskets, washers, packing materials etc . v) Checking and servicing of all the spares of the transformer. vi) Painting of the transformer. vii) Supply and filling of new transformer oil as per name plate of the transformer. viii) Supply & fitting fixing of new Winding Temperature Indicator (WTI) & Oil Temperature Indicator (OTI) with repairing of marshelling box. ix) Re installation, final testing at site and commissioning the transformer after necessary rewinding/repairing works.

Taking out of 2.5 MVA ONAN type Transformer from substation pedastal and dragging upto truck with hydra, manpower, loading unloading and transportation from Bagjola site, Kulti, Haroa, North 24 PGS to workshop in Kolkata for necessary repairing/rewinding work and return back to site after repairing/rewinding works.
