Note:- NSC reserve all the rights for giving preference for negotiation to the firm which quoted L-1 rates in maximum slabs & negotiation will be done with the firm for work on L-1 rates quoted by other firm OR individual slab will be allotted to respective L-1 firms and firm cannot claim for work on other slabs where he is not L-1 firm. NSC/Committee members reserve the right to take decision on above & firm will have no right to challenge the same. Decision of RM will be final.
