The system shall incorporate a 7.5 HP, IP55-rated, S1 duty, three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor (Siemens/BBL/CG class) imparting rotational torque through a dynamically balanced bell housing- coupler interface to a radial-piston, fixed-displacement hydrostatic pump calibrated for a volumetric throughput of 3.7 LPM under continuous steady-state conditions. The hydraulic reservoir subsystem shall comprise a 100-litre, thermally-stabilised, low-turbulence fluid containment vessel mounted on a reinforced trolley framework and equipped with a multi-stage contamination-control suite including a high- efficiency suction strainer, filler-cum-breather module, analog oil-level indication assembly, and return-line filtration element (Hydroline standard), ensuring ISO-grade cleanliness compliance, Without Oil
The fluid power distribution topology shall be consolidated within a precision-machined hydraulic manifold block (Hydropack grade), integrating a manual mechanical directional control valve, high-response pressure relief valve, pilot-operated check valve, dual in-line unidirectional check valves, and an auxiliary hand-pump cartridge module (Poly/Prism specification) to facilitate emergency and non-electric hydraulic actuation functionality. System sensory and diagnostic instrumentation shall include a 4-inch glycerine-damped bourdon-tube pressure transducer (0-400 kg/cm2 range) of Kains/Wika lineage, interfaced through a high-isolation pressure gauge isolator (Hyloc) to mitigate pulsation and overpressure shock loading.
