M&L ATT Along the external/internal wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to 1st class hard wood Beads, straight (any size) for glazed or gauzed joinery, renewed, including mitres etc. and removing/ taking down old beads complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying/taking out of cables, CI/GI pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to the distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of primer on pavement of runway/ taxi track/ dispersal area exceeding 10 cm girth or width but not exceeding 15 cm girth or width, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surfaces and applying one coat of epoxy paint on pavement of runway/ taxi track/ dispersal area exceeding 10 cm girth or width but not exceeding 15 cm girth or width, complete all as specified and directed.
