Quantity as mentioned in the tender may vary up to 30 percent plus or minus 4. The brand quoted by firm should be available in its product list submitted.5.Railway reserves the right to split orders in two parts if the difference in the rates is within 5 percent toensure brand requirement and timely supply. It may be noted that drugs to be supplied against this tender can be analyzed any time before actual consumption and cost of sub standard quality product should be borne by the firm.7. Acceptance of tender and all contracts for supply of article to the East Coast Railway are subjected to the Indian railway Standard conditions of contract and any other conditions and instructions that may be issued from time to time for the guidance of suppliers notwithstanding the execution of the separate agreement in respect of individual tenderers.8. The firm should mention its GST registration No.9. Offer should be kept valid for a period of one year from the date of issue of the acceptance letter of rate contract or purchase order.10. Please mention authorized supply point at Visakhapatnam 11. The Drug to be supplied should also be available in the local market. The name of the local shop, with address and cell number should be mentioned in the tender document.12) These items are urgently required.13) Should be able to supply within 30 days from the receipt of PO.13) While participating it is the responsibility of the firm/ distributor to supply the item within time, irrespective of transport problem or any un - foreseen problems.
