Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & up to 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto1.5 m. All kinds of soil.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath &courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). Ordinary cement without any pigment.
Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm
Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Designing, providing and fixing multiwall three or more layered protective coating on external surface with standing seam on polycarbonate sheet panel co-extruded Ultra Violet (UV) both the running ends. The light transmission from transparent or translucent or opaque or in combination polycarbonate sheet varies from 15 to 85%, shall be decided by engineer in charge as per requirement. The polycarbonate sheet shall have Dart drop impact value more than 60 Joules as per lS4434:2023 and confirm either flame retardancy of class UL-94H8/94V-0 category as per lS14434:2023 or category V0 & HB as per ASTM D635-18 or BS1D0 classification as per EN13501 for fire safety The yellowness index tested as per ASTM E313 (D1925) or ASTM E313 (D1925) shall be equal to or more than 10 unit or 6 units respectively on a sample after 5000 Hours of exposure of UV / sun light The cross section ends of poly carbonate sheet shall be provided with self-adhesive aluminium impermeable tape at top and aluminium ventilated tape at bottom of the sheet and covered with polycarbonate / aluminium u-shaped protective profile. The aluminium section shall be fixed on Joints at both sides (top & bottom) of polycarbonate sheet to hold the sheets rigidly together. The weather proof neoprene gasket and aluminium profile shall be fixed and sealed with silicon sealant to make the Joints fully water proof. The open overhead ends of polycarbonate sheet to be sealed with anodised aluminium U Profile/ channel of size 10x10x 1.5 mm thick of weight not less than 0.2kg/m The polycarbonate sheet and aluminium profile shall be fixed to MS Framed Structure with self-taping and self-drilling 55mm long steel screws to be fived 300mm center to center. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all material involved such as polycarbonate sheet aluminium profile and aluminium channel, EPDM gasket, Self-taping screws, nut bolts, Silicon sealant or any other material required for foxing the sheet but excluding the cost of steel structure which shall be paid separately including hoisting the sheets and fixing in position in required scaffolding shape The rate shall also include the cost of all T & P scaffolding and safety precautions required during execution of the work. The entire work shall be executed as per required design drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge, all complete. 12 mm thick 1000 (±10% ) wide panel with U value not more than 2.50 W/m2K and weight not less than 2. 25 kg/sqm.
